My copy of "Tusk" came a few days ago but unfortunately it will not play in my computer or my brothers. So I can't give my answers until I figure out a way to listen to it There's no reason why it shouldn't play...I don't get it.

Tusk is far and away my favorite Fleetwood Mac disc. So I don't have a lot to contribute here

Wacky Lyrics -The Ledge (but in a good way )

Sick to death of -Nothing, because they only time I ever hear anything from Tusk, except for Sara, is when I play it myself.

What the hell were they thinking!

1. Letting whatever radio station that was (Westwood One? ) broadcast the CD from start to finish when I came out.

2. Getting more poppy on subsequent Mac studio discs.

3. Not including Sisters of the Moon, Angel, and Save Me a Place on the Fleetwood Mac live record (I know, very tangential, but I don't have anything else to complain about. )

4. Not doing Tusk from start to finish when they toured behind it. (see post comment, #3!)

Much better performed live -I don't know about better, but awesome live...
Angel
Sisters of the Moon
Beautiful Child (when they finally got around to it
Brown Eyes
Over and Over
Think About Me
Save Me a Place (Christine on guitar
I Know I'm Not Wrong (again, when they finally got around to it )

Should've been cut for Tusk to be a single album -The only songs I don't like are Lindsey's songs from Disc 1, side 2. (Not That Funny, That's All for Everyone, What Makes You Think You're the One)

Overall least favorite - That's All for Everyone/Not That Funny/What Makes You Think You're the One

God, I love Tusk

Wacky Lyrics - The Ledge.

Sick to death of - Honey Hi grates on me.

What the hell were they thinking! - The Ledge.

Much better performed live - Sisters of the Moon.

Should've been cut for Tusk to be a single album - N/A. I don't think it would have worked as a single album/

Overall least favourite - Honey Hi.

Imagine paying $1000 to hear "Don't Dream It's Over" instead of "Go Your Own Way"

Fleetwood Mac helped me through a time of heartbreak. 12 years later, they broke my heart.

Wacky Lyrics - The Ledge/Not That Funny

Sick to death of - Angel. Not to death, just have heard it a lot!

What the hell were they thinking! - Tusk

Much better performed live - Hmmm.. not sure. But I prefer the Sisters of the Moon piano demo to the studio version.

Should've been cut for Tusk to be a single album - None, but surely Not that Funny and I Know I'm Not Wrong could have been combined into one song

Overall least favorite - Over and Over/Never Make Me Cry

I love Tusk, just love it. I could write a book about it, I swear I could, and it would be better than that thing by that guy Truck that I now use as a beermat.

Wacky Lyrics - I wouldn't call any of them 'wacky'. I think 'Sara' maybe has the most obscure lyrics, but most of the others are pretty straight up and down, just coming out and saying stuff?

Sick to death of - Not sick of any of it. I sometimes find myself zoning-out during a couple of Christine's tracks, though. And 'Beautiful Child'. Can't seem to stay with that one, either, sometimes.

What the hell were they thinking! - I just love LB's inventiveness on this album, so I go with it at all times!

Much better performed live - 'Angel'

Should've been cut for Tusk to be a single album - I'll pretend I didn't hear that.

Overall least favorite - Oh, all right. 'Beautiful Child'. Even though her vocal is really good, it just leaves me cold somehow.
