NOTS 2011 - The Wild Heart - 6 MAY 2011.

So far two exclusive Stevie videos have been completed for NOTS. I’m so pleased with how these are turning out. I can’t wait for NOTS attendees to see them.

VERY excited to see old and new friends at NOTS 21 on May 6 - and to hear and see your set Travis - that is awesome! As for the lipsynch performers + trannies - there are so many tribute acts and shows all over where performers seek to look and/or sound exactly like Stevie or FM - that has never been the point of NOTS as far as I can figure out. Especially this year with a new album out and Stevie herself playing this month and next on the east Coast its fun to have a night to get dressed up and just pay homage to her!!! (And whatever year she actually shows up at NOTS, I think she would get a kick out of the trannies, from comments she has made before)

Anyway just my two cents and you can see from my handle I am a notsfan! But I am a bigger Stevie fan and cant wait for IYD + NOTS in the same week - and maybe Webster Hall too but I just heard that was a record release party and not a concert? Anyone know for sure?

That's interesting about Webster Hall...where did you hear it is a record release party?

I texted a friend who works with WH and thats what he had heard - Webster is a small house for a full concert so more often for someone as major as Stevie they would do a record release event and the artist appears for a song or two - still would be great. I am sure we will all find out soon tho and dont want to start any Rumours! (Or hijack this topic - if I hear anything else definite I will post in the topic about 5/4)

It does seem like a lot of artists do release parties there...so that would make sense! Thanks for the info...can't wait to find out more on Monday!

Just want to remind you guys that I’m fortunate enough to be the opening VJ (video jockey) this year. The only thing I’m nervous about is the technical “stuff” but Highline assures me we are good. Say a prayer that everything goes smoothly.

Doors open at 9:00 and I’m playing a full hour of Stevie videos.

Some of you have seen some of the video edits I’ve posted here in the past. I have brand new ones that I will be premiering at NOTS. If you don’t want to miss them then please be there at 9 ready to walk in. I have a special little intro planned as well to get things going. Hope you all can make it.

This is how ditzy I am, I just thought you meant it was cool that I reached 1000 posts, but now I get it, night of a thousand Stevies and I’m Vjing there, and that was my 1000th post - DUH, LOL. Kinda wild huh? Or not.
