No, I'm probably one of the few who is. And I wouldn't say it bothers me to the point where all I see when I see him is former images of him with shorter hair, but I just like it better that way. And so I b1tch, and we all know I do so well. You are spot on about it being full and retaining it's incredible allure. I still want to touch it.

I guess, though, we can look at it this way: the man is such a flawless artist of incomparable musical mastery that the only thing his fans can find to complain about are his hairstyle and t-shirt selection. Now THAT is an accomplishment.

You do make an excellent point. It's a credit to his accomplishments as a musician that the only thing we can think to discriminate against him is his hair and clothing lol. I wonder how he'd feel if one day he ventured onto the board and read over the comments about him in the forum and specifically this thread. I like to think it'd be a nice boost to his (already slightly bulging) ego to read how highly his fans think of him. Heck. He may decide to repay us by digging out a T-Shirt from his wardrobe in an exciting new colour hehe. If you are reading this Lindsey, please no Yellow or Orange. That's all I ask

Who says he isn't already doing it? I'm sure one of those many nieces has forwarded (or opened to the actual page and pushed it at him) The Ledge to him. I imagine the only section that matters to him would be the one with his lovely name on it of course. And if he is lurking I just want to tell him that although I talk smack about his hair and shirts, I still think he is a genius and creator of flawless music better than most people's faves.

Well that just makes me paranoid about anything I post here, now What an odd thought to think that we're talking about him, and he could be reading quite plainly what we're saying. I imagine he would take a peek at Stevie's section, I'm sure, but his ego simply must stick to his own section If he is reading he knows how I feel. If not, he's just simply not paying attention lol.

You have one of my most sensual signatures ever, how could he not already have you in his top 5, let alone 10? Meanwhile, I have John Lennon and Rimbaud. Not fairing well, lol. I think he'd look at Stevie's section as well, and probably print out the lyrics so he can see what songs are about him.

but back to more important stuff (b/c if LB is reading he must get the right hair advice - he's been obviously doing so well in following our shirt-related advice so far) -

i will draw a parallel with another nice-looking curly-haired but balding celebrity - colin firth. on some of his fan boards 10+ years ago, people were very worried about his balding. he apparently had a bald spot in the back, and thining hair in the front (and was giving tongue-in-cheek interviews how he was jealous of hugh grant's full head of hair). fans on that board were doing analysis very much like ours... fast forward to 10 years later and he looks less balding now - people apparently don't even notice the bald spot in the back b/c it's covered with longer hair, and he wears the front a bit to the side. granted he's 10+ years younger than LB and doesn't have that weird forehead-growing pattern in the front that LB developed in the last year, but just sayin' - bald spot in the back must be covered.

i give you exhibit A:
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz...h-jets-LA.html
- no mention of the bald spot in the back and hairdo looking pretty good (although apparently now the new bald spot on the top has appeared - LB doesn't seem to have that)

exhibit B - look through videos from unleashed, when LB turns so you can see his profile - bald spot clearly showing and just looks old, which just doesn't look right with his vitality and energy

exhibit C - look at videos from saban last week, when he turns so you can see his profile - much better (disregard the kramer-like top )

think back to soundstage and bass hall - lots of gel in LB's hair - so Nico, i think that by using gel correctly, your worries about weird bumps in long hair on the top being combed down could be alleviated if done properly.

Ngl, upon first glance at this picture I was severely confused as to why I was seeing early 80's Stevie with present-day Lindsey...

Obviously I looked closer and realized that was Art Garfunkel, but my point: Lindsey. Your hair. Cut it.

The problem is that Lindsey's hairline is also severely receded, along with the bald spot in the back that everyone is talking about... there's no hope.

I have to agree with Elle! More recent photos may not be always flattering, but in person, his hair looks great right now! Unleashed tour was just too short for my taste. Maybe a happy medium would be OK, but right now, I wouldn't complain about any part of Lindsey's look

Well, you've provided substantial evidence and even a link to photos of my bb Colin looking rougher than normal, yet still workable. I think I can see your theory and it may work. Now, Lindsey, you have decisions to make here. Either a) cut some off the top or b) use some GOOD gel and tame that hot mess.

We love you, though, regardless of any of this. You freaking genius you.

WildHearted: lol @ the pic. I know everyone uses the Art comparison but I just don't see it. Not even with the hair. AG's face is so...um boring and nowhere near as aesthetically appealing as LB's. I can't even try to see it. But I enjoyed your post.

But as an actor, surely Colin's aesthetic obligations differ from Lindsey's. As far as hair rejuvenating itself, I am suspicious about Jon Hamm's hair. It just doesn't hang right to me. Lindsey is very fortunate to have curly hair. When flat hair thins, it is more troublesome for a man. If Mick and John had his hair, maybe they wouldn't be wearing caps all the time.

It's interesting the texture of Lindsey's hair. I saw his brother on that "Behind The music" and his hair appeared straight. Where did LB get that hair? I can't tell with the parents but my gosh he had stunning hair.

When Lindsey showed up for the Behind the Mask show, when Christine was standing next to him, she kept running her fingers through his hair. When I watch the video I just think: "Yes and why wouldn't you?"
