My local record store sells out IYD in one day

So my boyfriend bought me IYD today at a local record store, part of a big nationwide chain (FreeRecordShop). He said I got the last one because the first batch was now sold out and a new one would arrive next tuesday. I think that's pretty amazing, I thought I was the only one in my city who knows who Stevie Nicks is, or that her new album was released today.

Well, what surprises me more is the fact that they had it at Free Record Shop in the first place :-)

But, no kidding, I'm happy for you and also surprised that it wenst so fast.... Where do you live?

They do usually have both Timespace and Crystal Visions in stock, so I'm not surprised they had it.

Well,Almelo isn't that small, so big change that there are more fans that got it before your BF did :-)

I have some relatives living in Almelo and my grandfather lives in ' Enter'.

That was a far different story. This time it's just released a few earlier overhere due to chart-reasons.

Back then:

The shipping-department of the factory made a mistake (after I called the recordcompany every day) and by (meant to be) coincedence I ran into the CD in a record store three weeks ahead of the European release and even more weeks before the US-release. And this were the pre-internetdays.

I remember I shipped dozens of tapes all over the world....

Those for the days.

BTW, I recently found your BelleFleur/Mirror Mirror fanzines again. Nice to re-read them.

Now, I'm waiting for my CD from WB to get here, to absorb In Your Dreams, with the booklet and the photos and the lyrics. I Can't Wait!!!!!

I just pre-ordered my copy of the bonus In Your Dreams on Barnes and Noble its actually cheaper on there than the standard version it comes with bonus song My Heart. which is available with lithograph on warner bros. site but with litho its $24.99 and at barnes and noble with out lithograph its $12.99 so i went the cheaper way to get the bonus disc in the meantime in case i don't get it by tuesday will hit walmart and grab the standard version for like $9.99.
