Every song seems to get better than the other and then closing with the epic Italian Summer pure perfection!

Sorry I'm dense when it comes to Stevie lore. What are the Lady from the Mountain songs?

Moonlight
Sorcerer
???

Fleetwood Mac helped me through a time of heartbreak. 12 years later, they broke my heart.

I'm being strong and not listening to it. There's something about getting the album and then listening to it all the way through. It's like tradition. But knowing myself I'll probably crack and listen to at least one song.

Too soon to tell, but early faves:

Moonlight
Annabel Lee
Soldier's Angel
You May Be The One
Everybody Loves You

New Orleans
Italian Summer

The rest... we'll see

Well, Stevie has finally released her country crossover record. Love at first listen for Wide Sargasso Sea.

One of the things I found interesting was the length of the songs. They all seem to be at least 5 minutes.

This is NOT a leak. If it was I wouldn't be listening. It's official and sanctioned by Warners/Stevie. No way would Rolling Stone do anything dodgy like that. It's exactly what Britney and several others have done with their last albums.

I'm listening now and SO happy they did this -especially as it may be a fortnight or so before my copy of the album arrives! Thoughts to follow...
