It looks like the speakers for the guitars as her eyes and lips and the bright lights as her hair. Really funny what we see on some of these videos.

Oh sweetie, if this board was monitored, the guys in the lab coats would get to us a long, long time ago. The "anime eyes" do look like Stevie, but the nose is too big to belong to her.
