Well said! It's my first time too as I only became a fan in 2009! I'm soo excited! You're right there really is nothing else like Stevie fans.

Couldn't have said it better myself! I remember the sheer joy of listening to TISL for the first time, laying on the floor in my room. It was the most awesome feeling, but also wished I had another big fan with me to share the love. After finding this board in '07, feeling that connectedness is just frakkin awesome. Although I don't really know y'all, there is a common bond and it rocks. I know more than I ever dreamed I know about Stevie and the Mac, and I'm so grateful for this community. I hope Stevie and Dave get all the alcolades they deserve.

I went to a friend's house today and was all "Oooh girl you gotta check this out, Stevie Nick's sizzle reel for her upcoming album" and she goes "That bitch is still alive?". I smacker her, literally on the ass.

Ok...most people I know are NOT Stevie fans and lately whenever I bring up the subject of going to upcoming Stevie shows...I get similar responses!

This is what I've been hearing about Stevie- "Damn, she used to be hot, but not anymore!" Or something like "How old is she now because she looks so old."

I can, and DO laugh at most things, but mocking Stevie/making fun of Stevie really pisses me off!

My opinion..the only people who can make fun of Stevie are her fans, but that makes no sense does it?

Last year I told one of my really good friends who knows I am insanely obsessed with Stevie that she was working on a new album. Her response, "She's still alive?! I swore she died years ago!" I was shocked! However, nobody has ever told me she looks old. I usually hear, how old is she? 62?!?!?!? Damn she looks late 40's!

This poster and their friend are likely teenagers to whom a 30 year old looks "old".

I am starting to wonder if Stevie will ever do another solo album that has no song titles including the word "love".

TOSOTM
-Two Kinds of Love

Street Angel
-Unconditional Love
-Love Is Like A River
-Maybe Love Will Change Your Mind

Trouble in Shangri-la
-It's Only Love
-Love Changes
-Love Is

In Your Dreams
-Secret Love
-Everybody Loves You

Sometimes I am surrounded by too much love!

^ It's like wishing for a song without an "ooh", "baby", "angel" or "dream".

It's annoying on paper, but you still sing the hell out of it when you hear it.

So is it like a known thing that Stevie was performing drunk during this Woodstock show? I'll admit she doesn't sound so great and is just a bit rambunctious but it's one of my favorite shows to watch ever of Stevie's. In fact, I'm slightly obsessed with it for some reason.

Also some trivia...when did Stevie start singing "I know what it sounds like when doves cry" at the end of Edge?
