I think we share the same taste buds!

I've got a heat problem....I, quite literally, put either:
sweet chili sauce
red pepper flake
ground red pepper
wasabi powder
Frank's Red Hot sauce
Taquira(sp) hot sauce
jalepenos
seeds from poblano peppers, that I process in vinegar and a tiny bit of oil, to preserve,

ON EVERYTHING I EAT.
I'm a spicy food ADDICT.
I adore spicy food as well. The spicier the better.

You may keep the mushrooms though. There's no way I'm eating a fungus.

Was just thinking - the Stilton Stuffed Mushrooms would go GREAT with your spinach salad as a side that I wrote down a while ago.

That's it - weekend sorted:

Tonight - The Agra Indian restaurant

Saturday - Stilton Stuffed Mushrooms with what I have named "Homer Salad"

Sunday - Lancashire Hotpot (the final one until next winter - it's definitely not a Spring/Summer dish)

Yay ME! I've made it!!! (must go buy some blue Stilton!).

I tell you...those scrambled eggs scampi I came up with yesterday, were SO fukcing good, that I'm doing the same tonight.

I think I'll skip the bacon and bread and butter, though, and have a salad on the side, instead. Eggs, mushrooms, spinach salad!

Yes on the winter dishes. The only thing I didn't get to, was making a lasagna. I've got the stuff, so maybe I'll do that on Sunday.....

(drumroll please......) Ladies and gentlemen, I give you, "Homer Salad"!!!

I can now tolerate eating a vegetarian meal, once or twice a week now. I've learned how to use spices, to compensate for not having a slab of CARCASS on my plate!
Plain stir-fry veggies, can now be my entree, as long as I've enhanced them with red curry, or ANY curry(I use red, green, and yellow, just depending on my mood). My two slices of bacon, were my only meat intake, yesterday. I do love a taste of it!
My latest spice though, is cheap as sh*t. I bought some finely ground red pepper, at Big Lots, and you can really melt yourself with it! It's awesome.

And yes, on the seafood, too. I don't know that I've ever tasted any seafood, that I didn't LOVE!
If weight weren't an issue, I could eat every meal at Red Lobster, for the rest of my life!
Back on the subject of Red Lobster again, do you have one locally?

If so, you lucky *!?*%$!*

I'm allergic to seafood, but everyone seems to love Red Lobster. I feel left out.

Oh yeah. Pretty much any town here, with a population over 25,000, has one(as far as I know).
We eat there at least every other month. My family pretty much picks it, for every birthday dinner...

Wow.
Some shrimp scampi, with stir fry veggies added in. Half of an ear of bi-color corn(first corn I've seen at the store this year - DAMN it was sweet and tender), and a small spinach salad. Oh yeah, and I sauteed some of the morel mushrooms, in garlic and butter, then put em in the toaster oven, to try and crisp them up a bit. I won't be doing that again! Whether frying them is bad for you or not, they NEED to taste, like they're supposed to taste!

Going round to my Mum's for the day and she's making a huge buffet with loads of goodies we can graze on all day.

Taking her a huge chocolate Easter Egg and (this is thanks to Homer) a very large "Homer Salad"

A couple of chips from the fryer at work and some strawberry sauce that I licked off my finger from a Sundae.
