I recently saw her name on the Tango in the Night album and again wondered who she was.
Can anyone enlighten me?

Judy "Madame" Wong was the bands "spiritual leader" of sorts. She had been a friend of the band's way before SN and LB joined. She was married to Glen Cornick, the bassist of Jethro Tull at the time, and it was she who suggested Bob Welch to replace Jeremy Spencer in the band.

There are several interview segments with Judy Wong on Mick's Two Sticks & A Drum DVD. Other than that, I don't know what she is up to now.
