So Oprah Is leaving Gayle for Stevie

ryguy2010 · #**394** 04-13-2011, 06:10 PM

In all seriousness Stevie got the Oprah treatment which I believe will garner a LOT of new fans! Loved the way she gave credit to the random girl re her style. She is always so gracious modest and humble. Love the exposure and she seems so happy!!!!

when O was thanking S a number of times, S should have thanked O

Well she virtually dedicated Landslide to O? Did any of the other artists? I can't remember?

Once again Landslide is charting on itunes. Right now 191. You would think that Stevie would start promoting another song on these shows.

That is awesome! Is it Stevie's version?

Yes. The original white album version is at #186 on the top 200 singles iTunes chart right now.

Stevie & Pat are just incredible!!!! 2 of my favorite rock ladies of the 80's period!! But of course - Stevie is the long distance winner

. great show. and Joan Jett rocked a little too. The Secret Love vid on Oprah.com is pretty good.http://www.oprah.com/oprahshow/Stevi...ret-Love-Video My only gripe is I wish they had talked about her new record.

Good point! Perhaps she was just so wrapped up in her world and just amazed that she was finally asked to be on the big O' Show

APerfectLie · #**403** 04-13-2011, 07:15 PM

My only complaint is that somebody needs to tell Stevie that Dreams was not on the White Album.

ryguy2010 · #**404** 04-13-2011, 07:19 PM

Wow I am glad I somehow missed that part of the show! That is a BIG screw up!

WildHearted · #**405** 04-13-2011, 07:20 PM

I wonder if she even realized the error. It seems to me like that would be something that would be hard to mess up...
