I know it's pretty much the most obvious answer on the planet, but I cannot think of a single song more beautiful than that one and I'd love to see it live.
Ha, if I saw Christine perform Songbird live, I'd start sobbing. Not just a few tears like I usually get when listening to it, but I think I'd just be so overwhelmed that I'd have a total breakdown.
It's like her last ever show with the Mac, in Landover - I can't even watch the video without going into total hysterics (" *sob sob sob* bahhh so gorgeous no Chris don't go I loooooooooove you" - it's a sad sight). I would have had an utter meltdown if I could have gone to that concert.
Hmm. I'm slooooooowwwly drifting away from the topic at hand, aren't I?
Songbird, final answer.
That song gets me as well!

Total classic!

I'd love to hear your other choices!

Rowan (RickRobert) made me a weird 'remix' of it where he's looped the ahh's at the beginning for about 7 minutes or so? Just so I could listen to her ahh

Hmm, okey dokey.

- Little Lies
- Love in Store
- Over and Over
- Ricky (mainly just for giggles)

There are loads more I'm sure, but I just realized that it's 4am so now I'm mad at myself for staying up this late. I'll think of more later.

Listen closer to the original Tango studio version...that guitar part, played obviously by Lindsey, is doubling the synth part (or his guitar is triggering the synth module). Rick wasn't "diddlin'", he was playing the exact part from the studio version.

Dontcha be dissin' The Vito!

Ok, so what Christine song would I want to hear if she came back?

You're all missing the obvious answer....

ALL OF THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well of course we don't know if it was a midi'd guitar(although we've never seen Lindsey with one, right?), or do we know that it wasn't Lindsey playing the keyboard part.
I used to have an Ensoniq keyboard that had pretty much that EXACT sound, and loved playing that lick.
So YES, I was disappointed that guitar was so dominant, for that sound.

To be honest if she did ever come back for one tour (which she wont) then I think she could play whatever she damn well wanted to
