eBay crooks selling April 5 Heart & Soul show audience bootlegs

Some people don't waste anytime.

This show was on April 5. I saw this yesterday, April 7.

Lists the sound quality as C+.

The seller's account is brand new, but he/she could be someone previously banned.

She/he has four additional auctions, a bootlegs including this sad looking thing that has the 2011 version of Secret Love tacked on:

Regardless of copyright violations, etc. eBay policy forbids the sale of material on recordable media (CDr and DVDr). eBay is finally forwarding consumer reports to Warner, but only if they receive 10 or more reports in regard to a specific item.

There are two UK sellers auction fake Secret Love CDs , claiming they are the UK promos, which is not true as verified by one of Reprise's East Coast marketing guys. Both are using the same snapshot of the disc against a red background. One seller has more fake promos for sale that are hilariously amatuerish and his text finds him protesting too much about the legitimacy of the discs.

What happens it we all hit the report item button.and leave a negetive message on his/her page which brings the nice 100% Positive feedback to a 50% Positive feedback.

You can report the item, but feedback can only be left by winning bidders on specific transactions.
