IYD world release dates

Forgive me if this has been discussed before but I couldn't find a specific thread on it..

What's the deal with the June 27th UK release date? Does Stevie really think it WON'T be leaked and downloaded over in Europe once it's been released in the US? Does anyone have any info about European release dates?

A bigger issue for me than this is the fact that "Secret Love" has not been released on UK iTunes or Amazon or ANYWHERE. I've downloaded it free because what the hell else can I do? I can't find it anywhere in the entire UK as a legitimate release for a price. Dave Stewart said on Twitter it should have been released, but clearly didn't go and ask and get it resolved since that was ages ago and nothing has changed!

Whyyyyy does Stevie neglect everywhere outside the US!? The tour date is cool, but seriously. RELEASE YOUR MUSIC AT LEAST!

Yes but it's the same with British bands! I had to download Adele's "21" a month and a half before we got it here in the States...and next week I will be downloading the new Guillemots record because we're not getting that one til the end of May.

So we're all dealing with the same issues.

Yeah, fair enough about the album.. but I would still be shocked if Adele didn't release her single in the US at all!

So far April 29th is the European release date,3rd May is United States then Australia 6th I think and United Kingdom June.
Marketing sucks.The people working for the labels are clueless.It should be May2nd in Uk,such a mistake to postpone it

June 27th!

Nearly two months we are supposed to wait after the official release date - what gives? Somehow I feel that we in the UK are being punished for a crime we did not commit. I would feel slightly less aggrieved if we had a solo tour in recent memory to fall back on.
That being said it won't make me any less of a fan of Stevies but the marketing of her material needs a really good shake up.
