Angry It doesn't get much worse than this

So I'm on the way Monday towards Philly and the show, and eraly Tuesday morning the bus breaks down outside Columbus Ohio. By the time we got into Columbus there was no way for me to get to Philly in time for the show so I had no choice but to turn around and come home. 1000 miles for nothing. UGH> Then to make matters worse I get back and find that my car's passenger window had been smashed and my dashboard ripped apart and my radio stolen. Jesus, what's next?!?! At least I have more shows to look forward to, and it cant get any worse, can it?

Come on dude, count your blessings. You travelled around the earth (milage) to see the mac or stevie or lindsey. Then you're risking a setback in between a loooong string of euphoric experiences. Those will re-appear.

Oh Sheet. That sucks.I remember my car got robbed in 1998 the day after Stevie's show in Camden NJ.I had to hurry back to Connecticut that saturday morning to go to a all day country music fest at the Meadows Theater now Comcast Theater in Hartford.I was worried about getting robbed in Camden or any of the other cities I went to see Stevie the week earlier.I got robbed in Hartford I lost some money left from the tolls plus they got into my camera bag and snatched my flash unit.luckly I had my camera with me at the concert. They did not do any damage to the car.It was my fault by leaving the passenger window opened a little crack.for some reason they did no take my boombox and camcorder and my Stevie/FM cassettes.I did not bother to call my insurance agent.due to my deductible was high.
anyway I had my share of car problems going and coming home from shows.
Yes I agree with jkmaletic Keep your head up.

That really sucks, David. From the sounds of it, Stevie did pretty good, but Rod, well, you didn't miss anything. Catch Stevie on her solo tour, & I'm sure she will tour all over.

Now when I travel I try to have a buffer day between shows.Of course sometimes with the last minute on the fly last minute bookings. Stevie's people makes 3 shows on top of each other make it hard for the travel. The AC show I will leave Connecticut a day before the show.Especially a friday show.and go home sunday.
