I love this woman:

- "The President needs some passion!"
- "My hands off to Lindsey" How is THAT for a freudian malapropism
- I STILL can't tell if she is saying: "saved" or "safe" but it was that she basically recited and analyzed the song--which already arguably contains her clearest narrative lyrics ever
- She compares her dinner soirees to The Lost Generation in Paris in the 20s... moments after (or before) referencing Risky Business (and describing it almost shot by shot).
- "We all know all the words to 'Passion'" -- Stevie, nobody knows the words to "Passion"-- not even, based on the MSG show, Rod Stewart!

OMG: I don't mean to ruffle feathers, but all I want the documentary to be is a real-time capturing of the recording of "Soldier's Angel" from the phone call to Stevie sitting alone listening to the finished product--meditating on the valor of her first love.

Also, very excited to find out on which songs Mick Fleetwood played.

I think the RAL controvery is being overstated. She's pretty on spot in her description.

BD - M
WH/RAL - TITN
OTOSOTM - BTM
SA - The Dance
TISL - SYW
IYD - ???????????????????

Interestingly, what this illustrates is that chiliD is on to something about the impact of Stevie's solo career on FM. Without waiting on her--not always prolific--solo career, they might have recorded more albums. For all her "hands off" slips-of-the-tongue, she is in charge.
lol she said "my HAT is off to lindsey!" lmao!!!!

Some of them are:
1. The fact that she sounds so excited about all this
2. The fact that she says "kick ass"
3. The fact that she called Lindsey to come in because she knew he was the only one for the song.
4. Pretty much every single thing about it!!
yeah what she said!!!

Why should I wait? I'll have time to declare my dislike when I hear it and afterwards.

As far as my opinion changing, I've had that happen. My opinion of the entire TISL album changed almost 2 entire years after I'd originally heard it. I'm not someone who takes one listen to something and discards it. In fact, I'm not even someone who skips tracks usually. I've done it before, but only on rare occasions. So, I'm in for the long haul, but that doesn't mean I'm not going to complain and voice my reticence, my fears, my dislike and anticipated dislike the whole time.

That's the cliche she meant to use, but I believe she said "hands" ... in much teh same stuttering fashion that she talked about people coming "out of the walls" to buy Say You Will. She meant "woodwork" there.

Imagine paying $1000 to hear "Don't Dream It's Over" instead of "Go Your Own Way"

Fleetwood Mac helped me through a time of heartbreak. 12 years later, they broke my heart.

Her footwear, stage clothes, makeup, sequencing, set list, tour partner, time span between albums, is all her choice. It is not expected, and so for all of this to be happening again is awesome. Hearing Stevie say how happy, exciteded, and thrilled she is about her new project is what makes it worth it. As a fan of FM & Stevie since 75, I am grateful to have been able to enjoy the ride for this long. So to have all this stuff to look forward to is a gift, everything else is gravy. Thank you Stevie.
Very Very well put. At this late in her career, i am just glad we're getting a new album, I am thrilled to bits. You're exactly right everything else is gravy. Her excitement for this new cd is contagious, May 3rd. seems so far away i can't wait !!

The idea of people coming out of the walls is rather frightening.
