Welcome, to all the newbie's. I lurked for a year or two before joining, and i'm so glad I did. I don't post alot, but I check in almost everyday.. It makes feel normal to be amoungst a group that loves and and admires Stevie (and the Mac) as much as I do....

I joined in 2003, and this place was a hell of a lot of fun for about the first two years. But yes, things did get really toxic after that for a while. No, it's not as rowdy and over-the-top as it used to be, but I'm okay with that. There are lots of new regulars (but still a few pleasantly familiar usernames

) and things have really mellowed out - it's much more focused on FM than it was for a while there, which is a good thing.

And yes, dissention is missed very much. I kept up with him on LiveJournal for awhile, then he disappeared from that; he started posting again about a year or so ago, but I think he's gone MIA again. He claims that he forgot his password, and that's why he doesn't post here anymore, but frankly I think that's BS.

Ok, so i took J Miller's advice thank you!! I have been a lurker here for years and could never "come out" but here I am! My Name is Jeremy, im 26, from lima, ohio and i love Stevie Nicks almost more then anything. Im ready to talk with u all, share some things maybe everyone doesnt have....I love rock a little era so much, probably is my favorite....but i love all stevie.....I find some good in everything she does or grow on after a few more listens....lol enough blabbing hi all im so glad to b here...

I find myself listening to RAL almost every day anymore. It's just the perfect pop rock album, and it really takes me back to being a kid in the '80s

. Not to mention Stevie's hot mess performances from the RAL tour are the stuff of legend. Glad you decided to join us, Jeremy!

thx louie.....which is part of the reason i joined.....i could kill myself for this i have 4 songs live from the East Troy show 5-31-86 and i used to have the whole concert on cd got lost somewhere....one of the best ral shows ive heard....does anybody have this whole show??? ill post what i have...

Hi everyone -

Thought I too would just officially "register" myself here! I posted a couple of times a while back but often just read.. I'm Luke, 22, another Stevie-starved UK fan who for better or worse has never given up on her! And I guess it looks like it's paid off since she's coming to my hometown this summer at long last : ) Glad to know there are other people who share the joy/frustration of being a Stevie fan!

Yeah, I've learned the hard way that NOTHING with Stevie comes easy or fast, so you just have to sit back & be patient. That's why I'm glad I have so many other artists I can fall back on while she's taking 10 years between albums.

Truth be told, the battle between joy and frustration is probably what has kept my attention after all these years. Stevie is definitely an interesting character to follow because of that. Glad you decided to say hello, Luke!
