I am not hiding anything. Quite a few have met me. Let them chime in.

I just haven't felt the urge/need to post my ugly mug here. That's all.

I had a great-aunt who said "nigras." Was your aunt from the hills of North Carolina, perchance?

Then there's my 90-year old grandfather, who still says "Jap."

Southern Indiana. I guess we're too close to Kintucky!

I guess it bothers me, that you keep calling yourself ugly. Only a bad personality can make a person ugly.

Oh please. I don't think a person looks at a picture and says, "oh, what a lovely personality."

Okay, I'm being a little harsh on myself. Maybe one day in therapy I will grow to accept the hand I was dealt.

You poor, poor soul. I can't even IMAGINE, although I think life would be easier and less complicated haha.

Legs- I'm almost 5'9" and they're pretty long. They'll also compliment my overall thinness. Whatever.

Smile- I've been told it make me look "innocent".

Boobs- Full C. I wouldn't want them any bigger.

Face- High cheek bones. God know where they come from. I'm English w/ a little French.
You sound so hot. Trade hair, please?

Well... how do you know she means n***** and not negro (which, although antiquated, I do not believe is considered to be a pejorative)? I had no idea that people, well, make that white people still used terminology like that. I don't think education, class or age is any excuse. Somebody should sit her down and give her a talking-to.

She'd never speak to us again! She's that sensitive! We can't even tell her that it's OPRAH, not "Offrah". That's right...she watches Offrah.
Or that her cat will pounce on you, not PROUNCE on you. Or she "plays" attention to something.

Come on, the fun we have, mocking her when she's not around!

You better play attention to Offrah, or she'll prounce on you.

From what I see of your un-shadowed picture, you're not ugly.

I don't think I'm anything to look at, but ya know what? It's all I've got, and life is short. And I don't plan on wasting another minute of my life....

Loving yourself, is the first step. Because once you do, most of the world will love you, too. And the ones who don't, are a waste of your time and energy, anyway!

Oh, I'm sure she meant negro. And yes, there are still white people who use terms like that, tho probably none under the age of 60.

I haven't actually seen this great-aunt in years. She may even be dead for all I know.

I have a few relatives who actually use the N word with distressing frequency. My grandmother is terribly, terribly racist and will regularly refer to any black female orderly at her nursing home as "that n***** woman." And doesn't even think about it. In the '50s, her mother (my great-grandmother) had a black maid, who everyone referred to as "N***** Dorothy." I'm not sure if this was said to her face or not. My grandmother often said that Dorothy was a good woman because Dorothy "knew she was a n*****." Yes, she used that exact phrasing.

When Dorothy died several years ago, my mother spoke to her daughter about attending the funeral, and the daughter evidently was none too thrilled with the idea of anyone from my mother's family being in attendance. My mother couldn't, for the life of her, understand why.

Then there's my grandmother's younger sister - another piece of work. She decided to sell the house she'd lived in for 30 years because a black family moved in to a house down the street. So she has this McMansion type house built in a new ritzy little subdivision, and who should build a house directly behind her, but a black woman.

She said that the NAACP must have put up the money for the woman's house, because "there's no way a black woman could afford to buy a house in this neighborhood."

And no, I don't have anything to do with any of these people, and haven't in years. This kind of disgusting mindset isn't even the main reason. Ugh.

Boy, you've never spent much time in the South East or Deep South, have you? The swath between East Texas up through the Carolinas is still rather unapologetic with their political incorrectness (to put it nicely).

Being from the north, whenever I hear any of this get brought up I am completely awestruck. I feel like most of us up here are very politically correct, and tolerant of most. (You have the one or two exceptions, but every place does for that part.)

I heard someone make a racist comment today in class, that was meant, and I just looked over, jaw hanging, and said "what the hell did you just say?"
It made me REALLY uncomfortable. haha

I cringe every time I hear somebody refer to a person as "oriental" (which isn't often, thank heaven). It's like saying someone is "colored."
haha as Jerry Seinfeld said... "How can it be racist, if I like their race?" I've never heard anyone say "Orientals" in a derogatory way but I do suppose it's mostly older people that say it. I still hear "Japs" occasionally and I find it more humorous than anything, but of course I would never say it. It's a little too close to that line for me.

Lol! That's funny because generalization because in the south, northerners are viewed as having less manners & being less friendly.

hahah, are you from the south? I always thought you were from England for some reason... weird

But nope. I can assure you that I am very mannerful and equally as friendly
There are some dicks up here though.
