Tiny little problem in Stevie's schpiel this tour

I think Stevie has a point. The album was selling well then everything economically came to a screeching halt after the shock of 9/11. I remember the car companies all had to offer 0% financing to get people buying stuff again. This isn't "exploiting" 9/11, it's stating a fact that the album had been doing well but then stopped along with many things when that event happened.
