I love that top one from Live in Boston - he's being all boyish and playful

Surely that's the whole point, lol?

But I mean "weird" in that it made no sense to me for them to do it.

Me either. I know it was Lindsey's way of choreographing the fact that they'd put aside their past differences. Mock anger and then an embrace, very awkwardly executed. I thought it was extremely stupid, especially at the beginning of the tour when he was more aggressive about pantomining the friction as he approached her trying to look ominous.

Yes, the Tusk dance was weird, but I kind of liked it. I enjoyed showing this to people and saying, "Now does your favorite musician do strange reenactments on stage with his/her ex-lover? BAM!!!"

Anyway, I thought it was a good reason for LB to act like a little boy again. Not that he's a beacon of maturity all the time (or ever, but the same goes for Stevie quite frankly). I love it. I kind of want to watch LIB again now...that Eyes Of The World performance was brill.

Stevie never seemed to be having much fun doing the Tusk dance to me.

But I know what you mean about the boyishness. The mutual play. I like it when I can see them giggle together. It's rare. I still think it's much easier for them to be light with Mick than with each other. I liked their frivolity when they took the stage together during the Unleashed tour. One time I saw him pretend to wipe off sweat with her hand. Then, in the prior tour when she would stand behind him for Landslide and have her hands on his shoulders. Sometimes she would play the piano on his shoulder blades.

On silly nights, he would lean back into her and she'd have to support his weight and he would try to push her over and you know, she had to make a choice between the strain of holding him up or letting him fall and she'd smile. I loved that. Michele

Yes exactly, as I said earlier very boyish.

And yes again, the LIB Eyes Of The World is fantastic

Ha, Lindsey would usually make a zany face when he posed for fan group pictures during that tour. This time he's playing it straight.
