I like Italian Summer because it sound soo dramatic and I think it fits in with who she is. Sorta of her Opus.

Default i like all the song bits...

but I'm a bit, actually a lot, infatuated with the first one "Moonlight" - it just has that endearing mystical charm that I love from Stevie - and haven't seen much of it lately. I just want to listen to that clip over and over.. so I put the .mp3 on my ipod - thanks for sharing it - and will probably listen to it countless times as I take the train up to New York City for the show tonight..

after viewing the duets from the Atlanta show, I think I'm going to enjoy Rod's set..

off to the Big A to represent Stevie and to proudly wear my Crystal Visions t-shirt.. don't want people thinking I'm a Rod fan.. watching the excitement from the Atlanta concert during the duets - well, he will have plenty.

you can always zamzar it

but then you wouldn't have such a brilliant edit. TakenByTheSky23 deserves MAJOR thanks. LOVE IT.!!!! No more Dave. No more "I am Stevie Nicks" No more vampires. No more i-just-learned-that-if-you-film-for-a-second-then-move-an-object-it-looks-like-it-disappeared effects. No more images cut on the beat of the drum instead of the rhythm of color and shape. Dave is no Maya Deren (or Hype Williams or David Fincher)--he needs to hang up the filmmaker cap.

It's funny this album seems very rock to me, yet, Secret Love does not seem like rock.

I LOVE THIS!!!

There's a line in this song--I think it's the pre-chorus where she sings AND THE ONLY THING THEY KNEW HOW TO DO
WAS TO MAKE LOVE---she sings it more than once and really punches the line.

I was struck when I heard it because it was very "forward" lyrically for Stevie...

May 3 seems so f$%$ing far away.

They're awfully short snippets, but everything I heard sounded fantastic. I'm a little confused by those who say they hate the demo of Annabel Lee, but they like this. The melody is exactly the same - sounds like they just dressed it up.

Default Video vibe

I actually love the intro with Dave. Firstly, it very well may have been filmed in the end just as a set-up to introduce Stevie. But thematically it works b/c of the Moulin Rouge feel: its saying "welcome to the show...this is pure entertainment folks, that's what we do...and boy, have we got a show for you!" Someone mentioned the floor was wobbly... that was intended, as was it to feel a bit "tawdry," thus giving the following footage with the songs that much more spark and marvel...like pure magic happens when the music starts.

Overall, very theatrical and really a throwback to earlier times in Rock video when it didn't all need to make sense, when it was just a visual joyride. For me, this is Stevie really breaking out into new territory literally just by embracing who she is! I'd love to see her strut out on stage to sing "Italian Summer" wearing that beautiful dress!

Isn't it time for some early reviews to start rolling in for this album?

I have always thought Secret Love was the pre album single...and when the new album dropped so would be super radio friendly single....i think Moonlight might be that!

I don't know. They made a video for Secret Love. The album seems more rock than Secret Love though.
