They're not. They're hiding the damn thing like it's a nuclear bomb. Ridiculous. Why go on tour when you are 62 years old and have a new album coming out and NOT PLAY YOUR NEW SONGS? Promote your new record.

But like you said, unless she majorly shakes up her touring act, I just don't get what the point is anymore. She'll add 3 new songs at MOST if she does a proper solo IYD tour. She won't change anything else... we'll have no other album rarities on top of the new IYD songs.

I wanted so badly to hear Storms live a couple of years back, but just couldn't justify $175 for ONE song. Because otherwise, it was same sh!t different day. I mean, I was sooo glad she pulled that song outta the dustbin, and Beautiful Child back in '03. Same with Love Is last year. But ONE lowly album cut per year is just pitiful and downright infuriating.
Yes. I will only see her on a solo date at this point because I haven't seen her since 2006. And I want to hear Love Is.

It's definitely a money grab... but it's one I just don't quite understand. Stevie has been doing solely money grabs since 2005. It's not like she needs the cash. And her singing ONE song from her new album isn't exactly selling herself to this (partially) new captive audience. It seems this whole Rod tour is going to throw a wrench in a proper solo tour for her to support her new album too. She can't hit the same market twice in one year.

I hate often sounding so negative, but it's just been maddening being a Stevie fan post Say You Will. Hell, even before that! It just seems like countless opportunities for forward motion have been lost since the Dance. Look at the other artists who are Stevie's age who have mixed things up and done quirky creative things. Eric Clapton did a concept blues album some years back and toured arenas performing only songs from that album. He hasn't lost all his fanbase for doing something like that, and neither would Stevie! Her fears are just so irrational! I bet she'd even loosen up her demeanor onstage if she did something creatively quirky versus these never ending cash grabs.

Oh, I'm gonna have to go

Also, was wondering, didn't see mentioned, if there was a Landslide dedication. My dream is that she dedicated it to Elizabeth Taylor.

I'm going to ATL tonight because I can't help myself and its a legit excuse to get out of work. But come on!!!!! I've been hearing Sorcerer since 2001....10 years I've been hearing this song live along with everything else. I've said it once and I'll say it again, gives us what we want Stevie...go outside the safety zone just once. Please

Default Stevie Nicks - Secret Love - Live in Tampa

Thanks so much to whoever posted this...just found it now on youtube:

The Secret Love video IS playing in the background...but we have to use our imaginations as to what the hell is going on in it. That said - AMAZING quality of Stevie and her performance.

We wanted a bone...and this is at least something to gnaw on for a bit...

I like her intensity on the "I'm not asking forever/salvation" lines.

You can tell she's a bit nervous about performing a song for the first time though.

Sounds good!

what the heck do they do in rehearsal for a whole week? They've had this show in the can for 5+ years now and have toured with this show pretty much every year in those five years.
