Right! I'm sure they're cooking something up. I just hope he doesn't drag his feet too long and then Stevie will be ready to tour / record with the Mac again.

stevie doesn't call the shots!!! do you suppose stevie and lindsey communicated about any of this? for all we know, Lindsey was ready to BAM and stevie squashed with her own release. timing is everything. everything is f'd up now. thanks stevie.

Thumbs down Stevie hurting Lindsey!
As the older one Stevie wants to control Lindsey!
She always seems to be "messing" with his feelings
and trying to suck him into her schemes! Run Linds!

What are you talking about she is like a year and 4 months older than him, from what we have seen and heard he has had plenty of control in their relationship. Suck into her schemes Whatever your personal vandetta is against Stevie the truth is they both love and mess with eachother.

I'm sure Cammie has his/her reasons but I agree with you. Lindsey has never EVER come across as being controlled by Stevie. Or anyone for that matter. Love him to death, but LB is the control freak in that band, bar none. And in SnL's relationship... I always figured it was give or take in that area. I wouldn't know nor care, but I am sure Lindsey's silence is well thought out and I'm just going to continue living my life and when he's ready he's ready.

Meanwhile...Paul Simon is releasing an album next month AND touring so I couldn't care less about an LB album right now to be honest. I will when things starts rolling but I'm cool right now. Patience is a virtue.

Everyone really goes overboard on the SnL drama thing...

When I said "they", I was referring to his management. No, Stevie doesn't "control" him. However, it would be difficult for him to do a Fleetwood Mac album or tour without her. Do I think they communicate about the plans? YES! LOL! They both want to make money and however they can work with their management to get the most out of their releases - even via cross-promotion - they certainly will do it! No worries, Lindsey's "plans" aren't thwarted by Stevie or her team. They are not on opposite sides....

Imagine paying $1000 to hear "Don't Dream It's Over" instead of "Go Your Own Way"

Fleetwood Mac helped me through a time of heartbreak. 12 years later, they broke my heart.

I really hope so! I need to know dates, man. It's easier for the American fans to up sticks and see a show. It's going to be a massive feat for me to organise everything to come over from England to see him. So worth it, but so inconvenient lol.

If he were playing the NYC area on 5/6/11, the irony is that I'd have no trouble (pun intended) making my decision of what to do that night.

why 5/6?

jokerstyle productions posted an ASCAP description link when we kept badgering them about lindsey's plans... not sure whether that was supposed to be a hint about the rehearsal purpose, or just something that lb has upcoming.
