...only lessons learned...It hurt like the demons of he'll with my addictions, cruelty about my weight, my changing, aging voice...Fleetwood Mac was almost unbearable at times...I want you to know that I am afraid and lonley...a lot...and I tour constantly for MASS adoration...to fill a big void in my life, in my heart, and in my bed...So, to all of you that loved me...even in my darkest of hours...the criticism from the critics...the press...my peers...and from myself...just disappears when I do a show...when I shake your hand during edge...when we meet face to face and its like we're old friends...when you like my songs...which is a healing process to get it all out...and into a poem...and get your song to you...and its our song because we both had the same experience...and it also heals you as well because you totally identify with it...and know that...hey, the same thing happed to Stevie...and we get through it.

I'm in my 60s...and I promise to stay with you always...if not in a show because I don't know what will happen to me or you...I will stay with you through the same heartbeat that brought us together...songs, music...and mutual admiration.
