Why has The Ledge never done a Q&A Session with Stevie? Now would be such an opportune time to set one up...

I have increasingly seen a few Very Good interviews of Stevie and The Mac from the last 7 or so years and they've all been on Channel 9/WIN..
I have never seen Stevie on our television though !! In 09 when they were in Melb. Myf Warhurst had Mick and Lindsey on The 7pm Project but thats all I caught.

Another thing.. Is that the same set she was interviewed on for BBC's Don't Stop??

My friend just called to tell me that she going to Sony Studios tomorrow night to watch Stevie rehearse. Her sister works there and is aloud to bring a guest. She said it's only going to be like 7 or 8 people. Of course I invted myself but no such luck. I'm happy for her although she's not really a huge fan. Likes her a lot though. Sure wish I could go but I told her to call me and let me listen in so if she does I'll report back to you guys.

Yesterday, I talked to someone who said they went to a rehearsal, invited by her friend Lynn and that it was perfect and smooth. It looked polished enough to be the real thing, all that was missing were the costumes. She claimed that Stevie sang "all" of her songs, but only being a casual fan, I'm sure she meant that Stevie just sang a few hit songs that she recognized. She said that Stevie sang her new song too, but when I questioned her as to whether she meant Secret Love, she didn't know for sure.

I've been bed-ridden today so I've been watching a bunch of movies. I rewatched all of the Crystal Visions videos w/ commentary .... Stevie is seriously hilarios. Most of the time I don't think it's intentional - it's just her inflection in her voice when she says stuff that amuses me, I think haha.

Also rewatched Destiny Rules. Couldn't get over how great Stevie sounded when they played clips of her recording or just singing while Lindsey played.. she also looked REALLY good throughout the whole doc, in my opinion.

Wow, my friend sent me this link cause he knows I love Stevie, great backing vocals from her here, and it's so nice/weird to hear her singing in the early 90s.

I had a dream Prince kidnapped me. Then I told him All Over You was my favorite song of his because Stevie was on it and he almost killed me! I'm serious lol.

For some reason, it hit me the other day thatthe verses of 'Sweet Girl' remind me a lot of those of 'One of Us' by Joan Osborne..

I am just so moved that so many of you are so deeply moved thanks to hearing and seeing this new material from our girl. This is my first experience being part of the Stevie community for a solo release and gosh darn, it's a great feeling! I love that so many of you are being so greatly affected just as I am and feel an incredible bond with all of you, even if it is over the internet. *group hug* and cheers, to Stevie.
