Holidayroad ~ PLEASE remove that top black & white (close-up) Lindsey photo from this site ASAP!!!! It is an unpublished MEGA RARE 1975/1976 era shot of him taken by Sam Emerson. I own the original of this. I made the HUGE mistake of including this photo in two of my Lindsey videos via You Tube. You or someone else copied this photo from my video. There's no other way around it. PLEASE be more careful how you obtain your photos. I don't mind you guys sharing or copying my photos from my videos, etc..., but please give me credit for them. Unless you're Sam Emerson himself/herself, you don't really have the right to say whether the image should be used or not. So you own the original? It's still not your intellectual/artistic property. Holiday, credit Sam Emerson if you wish to do so. They're the only person worthy of it.

Silver Springs ~ You're right, he should be credited, but so should I since this was copied from one of my videos. This is a MEGA RARE photo, which I paid ALOT of money for. It's my mistake for using it one of of my videos. I REALLY regret that!! I should have known better. Like I said before, I don't mind people copying my videos and photos, but it's only right to ask me for permission first. It's common courtesy. It takes A LOT of nerve for someone to do that!! At any rate, from here on out, my user name is being added to ALL my videos. ):

Again, it's not copyright to you so you don't actually deserve the credit. Even if you could prove beyond a shadow of reasonable doubt that it was from your video, it would still be the PHOTOGRAPHER who got the credit, as he was the one to actually create the image. You just bought it. Thus why you would never credit a buyer on a work by Cezanne or Picasso and give them equal right over it...

By the way, I am 10,000 % positive that this MEGA RARE, unpublished photo was copied via one of my videos, which so happens to be my most viewed one. Here is the link to it above. The photo is at 57 seconds.

You know I guess that I'm different than everyone else then. If I want a photo, video, etc... from someone, I ask them for it. I just don't take it without asking. That goes with anything in life. At least that was the way I was brought up.

I have been a HUGE fan of Lindsey's since I was 9 years old (1977) and this photo is one of my cherished possesions. It REALLY REALLY REALLY upsets me to see this floating around on the web now. Like I said before, I'm an idiot for not adding my user name to all of my videos to begin with. If so, we wouldn't be having this conversation.

I apologize. I found it online. At first I thought you meant the photo I posted yesterday. I finally figured out you meant a Black and white photo I posted awhile back. I've spent the last 2 hours trying to figure out where I found the photo.
I figured out where I found it. I found it during an images search at Google.com. If you type in during an Images search
lindsey buckingham go your own way
the photo shows up. It is associated with a website called bigsong.net which has links to youtube videos. I guess some of the pictures come from pics associated with the videos.

Just so that everyone will know, I find almost all the pictures I post in online searches such as image searches at google, yahoo, and bing. I would never purposely post anything that someone would not want posted. The few pictures I don't find this way are pictures that I already had that I collected over the years.
