Too funny...long time since I've seen you post here. Welcome back!

As for the cover, yeah its cheesy, but in a GOOD way. Album covers/major promo shots of Stevie have ALWAYS made her look beyond recognition. Think about The Dance, TISL, and SYW...She looks very touched up. With that being said, I wasn't surprised when I saw the IYD cover.

I still love it, though! For me, its just amazing to see her back in the game.

I now have three album covers I absolutely love: In Your Dreams, Trouble in Shangri La and the Wild Heart.

Now I hope that I will have three albums that I actually love from her: Bella Donna, The Wild Heart and In Your Dreams.

My fingers are crossed.

considering i was like...9 1/2 when he was running - i was unable to. but i certainly voted for him in spirit! i'm glad you came around.

What do you mean came around? I voted for Hillary and when she didnt' win, I voted for Obama. Don't assume I didn't vote for Obama because he was black. That race baiting crap doesn't fly.

i like the "glenda" allusion - but i wish they hadn't used photoshop so cheaply.

I agree, the cover is great, but to me that doesn't even look like Stevie. If she, idk, looked more like herself then I would like it more. There's just something different about her face that I can't quite put a finger on. Someone said "round and pouty..." too round and pouty, methinks.

To me, Stevie must be really happy with the end result (of her face) since she obviously approved it, and therefore, the "cartoonish/anime" effect is something that she was striving for.

I still really really like it, but the plumpness of her face has me somewhat confused.
