Now that I've seen the photo in high quality I don't know what to think. The photo itself is so gorgeous but the editing of it just totally ruins it. From the nose down it isn't her face at all, whoever retouched it completely changed her face shape, mouth etc. A face like that doesn't need all that editing done.

Her face is definitely preternaturally round, but her eyes look so much like her when she's in her sulky mood, so I'm not really thrown off at all. And we're at a distance from her. If it was a close up shot and she looked like that, then I would complain about the photoshopping, but from far away, I guess anyone can look 30 years younger.

What! I guess you refer to the mouth. On her face. But . . . Not even the BN album cover photographers asked her to go that far.

She's in a a surreal bubble. I thought they did a great job with it.

Obviously this picture is decades old, but I still think it's a good comparison shot to show the difference in the structure of her face.



Look at how much longer her chin/jaw line is...

I still like the cover a lot and am just going to over look this, but there was some definite photoshopping done beyond the necessary wrinkle/blemish removal.

Just going with the twilight theme, I love **** like that and this eerie photo fits with it.

What type of Stevie stuff do you like Viv? I totally love the atmospheric songs with solid lyrics, so I'm digging everything.

Her face is still very Stevie to me, but it does look somewhat off. That being said, I love it. It is supposed to be a dreamlike vision of sorts. She looks real, yet somewhat cartoonish at the same time. It makes me feel like I am in a lucid dream, where you see this and you KNOW it is Stevie Nicks, but something is off so you must be dreaming. I think that is what this cover is trying to convey, the sense that even tho it is very real, it is also very dreamlike and it leaves you in a confused, disoriented state of mind. Does anyone get what I'm saying?

If you think about it in the context of the Rhiannion legend when she rides the white horse out of the side of a mountain that magically opens and then closes it's kind of cool.This album cover really confirms that they are going to try to market her to a very young demographic IMHO..good luck with that one though.

I think she looks great! Long, flowing lines, great pose, stature, grace, elegance, mystery.

And Stevie looks good, too.
