Going to tantalise Homer with this as we know he likes de SPICE!
Yesterday I made a King Prawn Madras hot curry served with saffron rice, mango chutney and popadoms - it was delish (could do with a "yummy" smilie). Tonight the husband is making Oriental One-Pot Chicken - not as hot as the above but still nice and spicy. It usually turns out like an incredible Chinese risotto - can't wait, roll on 3 hours!
