Im Getting bored signing every day to see no updates ..
I wish he would release a few snippets or leak a song to give us something to look forward to. Liam gallagher realeased four songs from his new album. He's renames to Beady Eye from Oasis and it so far sounds like a cracking album, anyway..... I was looking at Lindseys official website www.lindseybuckingham.org today Again not much happenin. However I typed forum in after the website address and it looks like were getting one, Maybe he will pop in now and again. I also typed login after the website address and thats an option too. Looks like well have to login to the site for additional features. Could be September though before we hear anything official about this new album. C'mon Lindsey, push it on a bit there.

Maybe he's going to follow Radiohead's example and tell fans that the album will be out in less than a week and this will be announced soon... well, one can hope.
For someone that's such a perfectionist with their music he doesn't seem all that fussed about his site, it's a bit of a joke tbh. Last edited by Dowie100; 02-20-2011 at 07:31 AM..

I just checked the site.
No updates. To friends of Liddy Buck reading this, I only post because I'm dying of anticipation (you have no idea).

I just can't wait til someone can say, without irony: "Now, we're cooking with oil."

Lenny Beer to promote LB's new album?
Jesse Beer Dietz just posted on twitter:
@KidClipper Just found out my dad is gonna be doing promotion for the Lindsey Buckingham record, he is an Icon. When asked who is his dad, he responded Lenny Beer (@cliprboy), Editor in Chief Hits Magazine, www.hitsdailydouble.com

Aha, TrueFaith77 don't put away your party hat. Maybe "later this year" means sooner than I originally thought, if they're already talking promotion. Heck, I'm surprised there will be any promotion! I thought Lindsey might just call all of us and tell us where it could be downloaded. Michele

Exciting little tidbits trickling down to us ... going out of my mind waiting for tour dates, though! It still doesn't feel real, though ... I feel so spoiled with all the Lindsey material that's been released since I became a fan at SYW!

I'd just like SOMETHING confirmed.....the title, the label, the release date.....ANYTHING!!!
The disc is obviously done because all these people are hearing it and loving it.....so what's the delay???? Realistically speaking, if it is indeed coming out on a major label, we're looking at a July/August release at this point!
