It's kind of hard to tell because it's b&w...

but I think it's because she has foundation caked on (that's why her skin looks so weird), and yet she is wearing little to no eye makeup or lip color... so her features aren't distinguished and so her face looks weird. The grayscale doesn't help with this either.

It did came to be, it's the video for "If Anyone Falls"!

Yup. These outtake stills are from the movie theatre scene from the If Anyone Falls video. The performance shots with the band are also from that video. The director decided to use the Stevie only performance shots as well as the girls. It would have been cool to have a full band shot, though maybe the video wouldn't have the same intimacy that it has.

Maybe this is just me, and if so I should grab more sleep, but she totally looks like the mother from Everybody Loves Raymond with a bad perm here. Especially in the last one.

^^ Isn't this from the same Jose Eber Fan Contest video? I never thought she looked bad here and many a girl wanted their hair and cut like that at the time, when I was in Jr. High and HS. She was so pretty here and I think these pics didn't do her justice how good she looked that day. I find it funny how some of the younger ones knock how outrageous the 80's were when in 15-20 years they'll look back on how boring looking most of society looks now with the flat hair and no muss no fuss looks and uninspired styles of these past few years. To me, at least the 80's had fashion and flair. I think the problem today is most everything has already been done.
