it's not your fault this show blows goats ...and I indeed have the proof (Look at all the same opinions of too much music/not enough interview time )

I wasn't listening, but how did it go? I was listening to the recording of the Q104.3 interview cause that's a radio station I do listen to practically every day driving around.

How did Nikki sound with Stevie? Was he his usual dumb self?

let's put it like this...

Have you ever been so interested in a TV show that you sit and stare at the 'boob tube' for 20 minutes, and then for a split second you look up at a wall clock to see what time it is, then you look back the show on the 'boob tube' for another 20 minutes? Well the 20 minutes would represent the music being played and the time it took you to look at the clock represents the interview devoted to Stevie

It sounds fine, what there is of it. Hardly much of an interview.

They happen to be playing some really good music i.e. Van Halen's I'll Wait, one of my favorite rock songs of all time.

Oh goody. I borrowed the album it's on from my uncle and it's IMO the best song on it, along with Jump and Panama of course. Now I don't mean to go OT Lindsay, but when you first heard that song, did you think it was a Sammy song? (the sound reminded me a bit of Dreams, which is one of my fave VH songs, and Dave's voice sounded a bit like Sammy to me in a few parts)

Hi girl . Honestly I never thought it was a Sammy song because when I first heard it in 1984 there was no Sammy yet lol. It always was and remains to this day to be my favorite Van Halen song with David. Dreams is also my favorite VH song with Sammy!

My problem is I heard it a year or 2 ago on a classic rock station and while I love VH, there are times when I do have trouble telling if it's Diamond Dave or Slammin' Sammy (believe me, I had the same issue at one time with the Mac telling Lindsey and Chris apart lol), but I do figure it out eventually . Since you like Dreams, do you like my other fave Sammy song, Why Can't This Be Love?

And, a random thought from me being way too tired, but is it just me or do Runnin' With the Devil and The Chain have a very similar riff (as in opening guitar stuff) and tune during the chorus?

My other favorite VH song is Love Walks In from the 5150 album!

The interview is over? That sucked. I do however like this music they are playing and will keep it on.
