More Lies ...As The Fanclub Turns...

just when you thought it couldn't get any worse and they had told every lie possible.

Fans have been asking since before the first presale for a chart showing where the club seats were. They're still asking and this is the response given yesterday:

"It's my understanding that these pre-sales are actually set up by the promoter who in turn give the responsibility of supervising the pre-sales to the Fan Club. Â_We only have the information that the promoter gives us...I'm not sure that they give us the exact seat numbers that are being held for the pre-sales. Â_We can only release the information that they give to us..........Jackie"

It is one hell of a nerve to try and say NOW that they don't have any knowledge of which seats the fanclub was holding for it's members. The LIES and SPIN don't end and will only end when this man is fired. How pathetic is it to now try to blame it on the promoter! It's always someone else's fault, ticketmaster, promoter, WB, management, fans who cant type, etc, etc, etc. It's NEVER Jonathan Todd's fault, it's always someone elses.

Just like Jonathan Todd said the Limited Edition CD did not exist and had to be approved by the artists one month before the drop dates. LIES!!!! It is a FACT I got from WB and mgmt that The Ltd Edition CD was planned and Jonathan Todd continued to lie when he said it had NOT been approved and then lied when he said he would make it right for the SUPER FANS! He kept ducking and ducking the questions about the upgrade in the weeks before the cd mailed. _ ONE day before the cd went on sale in stores, that COWARD, Jonathan Todd didn't couldn't even come out and come clean and say he was NOT going to make it right and upgrade and discount the Ltd Edition for the fans who had ordered the regular cd. He is such a coward that he let Jackie meekly tell the fans somewhere in a thread that it looks like there would be no upgrade.

Where is Jonathan Todd now? He continues to hide and let his two dumb administrators believe he is so busy and tied up with the tour, etc. He is nowhere near the tour and he is a coward who uses those two and they are so stupid that they believe every word he tells them like his words are coming from The Pope and are the God's honest truth. _ He is lying to Jackie and Trin and when more and more information comes to light about what has gone down, MAYBE then they'll realize what a fool he's made of them.

No doubt, the man is a complete ASS. He is all about spin.

Other than this fan club debacle, what upset me the most was that this idiot was thanked by FM in the liner notes.

He obviously has no idea about the true fan base of FM and takes us for idiots.

I think he will eventually have to answer for things, but for now, I think the Mac is too tied up in this tour to deal with it. Obviously they knew he was doing things without their approval (i.e. the meet and greet), so I would hope that would give them an inkling of what a problem he is.

I do believe that the band had no knowledge of the Meet and Greet...and they were appalled when the learned of it. I also believe that it is true, and has been confirmed with management, that NO ONE of the band members were given print outs nor were they reading what was going down in the past couple of months. They may indeed be reading now because of the efforts of some of us. JT knew that, why do you think that he tried to sanitize the board? AHHHH, but, he forgot that smart ppl save things.

So, I am waiting for the other shoe to fall and hope to see his a*s on the other end of it. With all my heart.

I'm just wondering is there enough evidence to maybe bring suit against this fraud? I know some people were collecting all sorts of emails and stuff w/ the fraudulent statements. I think it would be nice to bring a class action suit.

Always save your emails! There is no denying what is there in black and white. Todd seems very keen on using the phone .. hmm.. wonder why

That would be the million dollar question...why does he want or need phone numbers. Even if I were not his worst nightmare, I would not give him my phone number due to his behavior, even if not toward me.
