I went with my sister and a friend to a "Comic Con" convention in Chicago last year and Lindsay Wagner and Richard Anderson (Oscar Goldman) were both there. By chance I happened to catch her at the right moment in a temporary lull in people and she looked up, smiled and waved at me... made my day! Then walking by I saw Richard Anderson... nobody was talking to him and he was reading something. I didn't want to bother him, but as I walked by, he looked up, smiled and waved too! I'm kicking myself for not at least just saying "hello" because the opportunity will probably never present itself again, but it caught me by surprise and I didn't know what to say really. He looks great at 84, pretty much like he always did.

Lindsay Wagner and Lee Majors both talked about the dark and more violent tone of the remake series... I somewhat agree and was disappointed since I was looking forward to it. You can't produce a show with the same tone as those done in the 70's since it just wouldn't survive (or even be sold to any networks in the first place), but the show had little direction, seemed poorly cast and just could not compete stylistically with other shows that had similarly dark tones. A wasted opportunity...

Back on topic, I agree with those who are disappointed in the album title. But names/titles don't really matter so much to me... I'm just looking forward to hearing the music!
Thats a great story. Really the 70's show had a lot of 'heart' back than at least to me it did. I really enjoyed it and loved it alot. I tried to like the new series but I just didn't care about any of the characters in it. If you don't care about the characters than you really don't care about the show. Yeah, the way they were back than just wouldn't fly now. Than there was still some innocence left at least in my childhood I did. Now kids know or seem to know everything. Which is really sad. I don't have children but its sad to me that they aren't allowed to be children in this techno day and age. You almost have to be an adult now. Shows also back than were written better than now I think. So much is just thrown together. Its really sad. At least IMO anyway. You should've went up to them. I would love to met anyone of them. I get your view on Stevie's title but I don't know I guess compared to her previous solo lp's the name just sits there. Of course 'dreams' is in the title but I guess its just to obvious to me. Anyway, thanks for your many thoughts. I enjoyed reading them.

Default CD Title

I'm waiting to hear the song, "In Your Dreams," before I determine if it's suitable for the name of the entire collection. On paper, it's a bit blasé, but it might be a really rocking tune, or have a spin on the meaning depending on how she sings it.

Ok...do you remember these?

Scubadiving spin change?
Biker Chick spin change?

Or in the pilot...her spin was a transformation instead of an explosion?

I wonder what happened to the song, computer baby? That was written in the late 80s...talk about preminitions....
and her words on computers today. Sheesh. I can't breathe if I forget my stupid computer phone.

Wonder Wetsuit was my FAVORITE ancilliary costume for the TV series!!! But Debra Winger takes the award for the most unintentionally funny spin!

poor Debra looked like she was gonna spin into a tree during her change over. it wasnt graceful, just really fast. Lynda was a dancer, so her spins were elegant, even going down the side of a mountain. Poor "drew" couldnt even come close. Plus, her outfit's top was only made of spandex (Lynda's had wire support)... so as wonder girl, she had a LOT of giggle

Hahahaha.

Speaking of innocence her ponytail and glasses...great disguise.

Do you remember "he's a war hero..."
I'm shaking in my boots

Debra's spin would really piss off Stevie...excepint during Thr Rock A little tour era...

And Diana making her bullet bracelets fail on purpose so her could be a hero...

Here on Paradise Island...we are all Wonder Women...
I saw Debra spoof her old role on Letterman years ago...
