In his place, I'd be glad to stand beside my contemporaries and still have my same waistline. I'd be chuckling to myself seing Don Henley at AHI and thinking to myself, "I still got it -- and he doesn't."

And I don't think he's indifferent about not having the pot belly that John and Mick have inherited.

Michele, that makes me think of the quote from Stevie in 2003 when she said he was "still thin and pretty gorgeous"...

Seems quite a few of us think the hair further forward is a good idea.

Yes he does look good, but still think a few very large meals wouldn't go amiss!

This stuff is the reason I never wanted to see a gargantuan Fleetwood Mac reunion with all (or nearly all) the members past & present. The reimagining of something like Go Your Own Way for an endless number of twiddling, honking, squawking electric guitars does nothing for the song structurally or emotionally. It packs no punch. This demonstration of how a lot of guys with axes strapped over their shoulders can, through the magic of minimal rehearsal, stand around staring cluelessly at one another, especially during those parts of a song where the lead soloing drops out.

The overall effect of such a performance is that of casual confusion -- hardly that song's intended aesthetic takeaway.

Totally agree. It was a professional train wreck.

I agree with all of this. LB absoultely watches his weight. And he's a lot more vain than we give him credit for. Although his outfits tend to be boring, he isn't wearing polo shirts and dad jeans. He's got his version of edgy, and apparently he's very content with it. He needs to do something with his hair style but there's no question he colors his hair and counts his calories.

And probably when his son isn't home he sneaks in his room and listens to his music. LB is still trying to be hip. No question.

Absolutly right, David. These covers are all dumb and flat. That Bleed to Love Her and Big Love were plain painful; second hand C-quality-coverbandversions. And the most painful is, that they did not have the respect to practise and rehearse it properly. I didn't like them at all.

Sometimes I imagine him looking at some of the stuff the fans write on message boards. He probably thinks we're all flat-out crazy for spending so much time writing about him!!

I wonder what Lindsey was thinking when he was sitting in the audience listening.

He might think that what we write is crazy, but I doubt that he thinks we're crazy for who we are writing about.

I may be imagining it, but when people praise him, like those people from LBT did, when they actually bowed to him, I think Lindsey has an expression that's casual, nonchalant, but still very much saying, "Yes, I am a God."

Poor LB is in a no-win situation re: his hair. He can't comb his hair forward without revealing the bald spot which motivated him to start coming it back in the first place. Unfortunately, now that his hairline is receding noticeably, that trick no longer hides the inevitable effects of aging that the vast majority of male tresses fall prey to. There's only so much a man can do.

Lucky for him he still looks good otherwise and, of course, his amazing talent is what really matters.

"dad, you can't understand today's music"
"but... RS magazne says i'm a visionary"
"exactly - what is RS magazine?"

That's exactly what I was thinking Gerard (no offense, but that is your name, right?). I didn't wanna say it here, but Big Love made me wanna put a drill in my ear. It just sounded awful. I have no comment for Bleed to Love Her (I don't think I've actually hear it yet ), but even then, it was awful.

I didn't even bother listening to the other songs cause I figured they'd be just as painful

Wait, what bald spot? Can I see?

You can grow the front really long and then wind it over the receding hairline like a turban, which is what Donald Trump does, but which would cause all of LB's fans unbearable pain.

He's just a man, doing what he can.
