Totally agree - I adore Bucky solo, I love him with Stevie in FM, I love them as BN, but I just do not like Stevie solo.

Imagine paying $1000 to hear "Don't Dream It's Over" instead of "Go Your Own Way"

Fleetwood Mac helped me through a time of heartbreak. 12 years later, they broke my heart.

Nope, none of their solo work is tied in to FM....two TOTALLY different things. (That's why Stevie was originally on Modern/Atlantic and Mick was on RCA. Christine also chose to put her '84 album out on WB because she was A) comfortable with the label, and B) didn't want to be bothered shopping it around to other labels).

That was then. LB wants to get his stuff out there on a major label and the only way he can do it is by using his FM leverage with Warner Brothers / Reprise.

McTrouble, like you, I am a huge Macfan, and a total Lindsey addict, But Stevie solo? No, that was over just after The Wild Heart, a long time ago. I'm still soft for her voice, but I think she still wants to be a star. And is forgetting one thing: the core of her talent; writing and presenting songs that move, and are full of emotion. Commercial succes and aiming for it is very american, but also very un-artistic. This new single proves that she's still aiming for the wrong goal in my opinion. And whatever one can say about LB; he's aiming for something else.

Yeah I'm pretty comfortable with Stevie and Linds doing their own thing now and I don't want to hear Say You Will part2. Stevie is looking back trying to recapture her 'glory days' - which I guess is fine but there is nothing better than hearing an artist who has done it all before, pushing the boundaries a bit. I've always thought of Lindsey in the latter category.

New LB cd is going to be Gift of Screws 2, but not in name. He will be touring, but on a limited scale.

I want to hear "Deep Dense" on an album! That's always been my favorite of his damos. I'd also love to have him finish "Wear You Down (Steve's Riff)" as it sounded promising in its infancy. Of course, I'm eager to hear new material as well.

Have you heard how many shows? Also do you know the album/tour info will be released? Bases on your limited scale quote, I would guess between 20-30 shows.

I think if he tours he needs to hit cities he hasn't played yet. LOL
