exactly...new album in a few months, you do a new song FROM the new album to generate excitment. It's not rocket science, it's simply promotion. Insisting she sing one of her "classic" songs only serves to banish her to oldie status. It's difficult for the average, casual fan to consider buying a new album from an artist who is continually defined by her past works.

I thought they film on Wednesday? I'm pretty sure that footage here is from when she was last on Ellen, and not what she will actually be doing. So we can't say she will be doing SB for sure.

Ahh! Apparently all the footage is old footage. Damnit! I'm still not holding my breath for anything different tho. I won't be surprised if Stevie is wearing the same thing and singing the same song.

Sooo excited, I've decided I'm not watching Ellen today, because I don't want to see a preview of what she'll look like & all that jazz. I want it to be a surprise. Though I can guarantee she'll wear black, she'd be really cute in a peach dress like in the Everywhere video...with the same curly hair jazz!
