I wouldn't listen, but not for any ethical reasons. I just . . . the time it would take to download it and then maybe burn it onto a CD so I could listen in my car . . . just too much effort. As long as I know it's coming out soon, within a few weeks, I'll wait for the official.

And of course, I am going to buy the official no matter what and a vinyl if it's available and DVDs and anything else.

I would listen, but probably only if all the tracks were available and I knew the correct tracklisting. I'm a sucker for listening to albums from beginning to end, especially in a case like this.

And I'll buy it in several formats when it's officially released, of course

Of course I would listen to any leaked tracks, but I would also buy the album.

I also enjoy listening to albums beginning to end. I feel it will be required to do so for this next record to get the entire feel and atmosphere. I remember when I first listened to Bella Donna and The Wild Heart from front to back. It really let me experience the records as a whole instead of skipping around to my favorite tracks.

I hope the whole album doesn't leak. I want it to be special and I want to go out and buy the album and stick it in the CD player and hopefully be blown away for the next hour with new Stevie Nicks. That being said, I do hope something leaks. If a song or two leaked, that'd be enough to tide me over until the release. Or even if just the entire tracklist leaked soon, that'd be amazing IMO! I'd be able to live with knowing what songs were on there and waiting to hear them. But I will not be able to keep myself from hearing new Stevie, so whatever leaks, I will for sure be listening to the second I find it!!

Of course I will do so.

The time that you would anxiously browse thru the rows of CD's in your fav. recordstore while hoping to find the/a new albumor counting the days for a releasedate ara way behind us.

Everything is available online (legal or not). So as soon as something appears, I'll grab it. Don't we do the same thing with demos, outtakes en bootleg recordings of shows???

If I wait for the official release or will listen to a download. Sometimes I just have to hear it...I'm a fan you know!

Of course I'll buy the album as soon as it will be released but still...

In fact in 1994 I was able to obtain Street Angel almost 4 weeks before the release due to a shipping error in the CD-manufacturersplant and I distributed it to all of my pre-internet Steviefriends all over the world....what a fun was that :-)

I would rather wait. Considering how much Stevie is against her music ending up on the Internet before release, why is she letting Anyone 'preview' it?

Hand on heart, I'd probably listen to / download the album if it leaked, but I'd still buy the CD when it was released, too.

I voted No, But I think I change my mind. If one or two songs are leaked & I can download them somewhere, I definitely will. But I wouldn't listen to the whole album. I want that experience of sitting down and listening to it as a whole. Even if I hear one or two in advance, it won't be the end of the world.

I'm going to buy a copy of the actual album on iTunes, a couple copies of the CD for my car, bedroom, Dad's house, basement, ...

I get where she's coming from, but I just wish she would promote it a little by performing the songs & releasing a couple singles. It wouldn't be a bad thing, & fans would still have the other 10 or 11 songs to enjoy at the official release.

I may listen to a "snippet", but not multiple songs.

I have my routine planned for the album release day, and I don't want to mess it up! My cousin and I are taking the day off, and having a listening party complete with martinis!

I am sure I will buy mulitple copies as well!

That cracks me up! It's so true though. Does Stevie know all her "buddies" are teasing us... naughty naughty. Wonder if all the twittering douchebags had to pay to listen...I didn't think so.

I will buy the album when it comes out no matter what. I will listen to the album when it leaks...no matter what.

C'mon Stevie - It's been 10 years. Quit being a tease and give it up already.

I think I'd listen to the singles, but not the whole thing.

It would be a tricky situation for us Ledgies, though, with some of us listening to the leaked tracks and others waiting for the official launch and not wanting it to be spoiled.

Yeah, well what one person says is trash another person says is wonderful, so other people talking about the album before it is released wouldn't spoil it for me.

I Agree with you. Music is a very personal experience. Why we gravitate towards certain songs vs others is as complex as our DNA. No one is right and no one is wrong.
