John, I had no idea Stevie Ray Vaughn was dead, leave me alone! Haha. I'm actually really excited about the show, if people don't want to hear a classic hit they don't have to watch it's still Stevie to me. I might feel different if I have in fact had those songs shoved down my throat since the 80's but no, I haven't, and there's lots of time for her new songs, I'll be around for a while.

Waddy Wachtel will be performing with Stevie Nicks on the Ellen Degeneres Show 1/13/11. Also on the same show will be Rod Stewart - and Al Ortiz (our delightful WWB sub bass player, and Stevie’s bassist) will be playing bass with both Stevie and Rod. Check your local listings for broadcast time and channel. In Los Angeles it airs at 4PM on NBC (channel 4).
