I can't see a tour between Rod and Stevie at all... They are just too different right now - and unless Rod skips his American Songbook promoting - like you said, which I doubt he'd do, and reverts back to playing his classics, they counter compliment each other... Imagine, Stevie opens the show, gets the audience all fired up with her Rock N Roll, only to then have the audience all sit down and listen to Rod come on and sing "Fly Me To The Moon" or "Moon River" for the next two freaking hours... Talk about a downer!

I'll believe it when I see some facts... We are taking a post from a Stevie fans friend as fact and running with it. Has anyone found any mention of a Rod/Stevie tour anywhere but here? And I can't see Stevie leaving Dave in the dark, or abandoning him... His speculated "frustration" may be derived from the fact that he isn't allowed to set the record straight until the time is right.

Ehh, the longer this thing is stalled, the more likely it'll get leaked. It's already making the celeb rounds... all it takes is one celeb assistant to rip mp3s and throw them out to the wolves on the internet.

Me and you both. Thankfully the Ellen show is just a few days from now, and I'm guessing most, if not all, of our unresolved questions will be answered (when is the release date; who is she touring with; what will the first single be; will she be performing new material; etc)

Per this tweet, Stevie and Rod must be doing some kind of short tour? Maybe she's just doing this to gear up. Dave said this Rod deal is not for her new album:

I'm gonna scream if she doesn't reveal this information. Because that will mean even more energy wasted trying to figure these things out, it is exhausting & I wanna go home. As soon as I saw your tweet and his response I was impressed with your "reverse psychology" method. This year is definitely starting off with some surprising bumps and twists and turns. I guess Dave was right about this being a wild ride. That's for sure.
