didn't stevie state in a televised interview some time ago that she didnt release something or the other due to the fact that there was a tour happening and she didnt feel like she could promote properly? doesn't seem she can handle much at once.

Nostalgia Tour = Playing your hit songs from 30 years ago at the expense of neglecting your new material

I suppose it'd be a pipedream to expect Stevie to perform her first single from the new album on Ellen's show given the fact Rod will be on the show with her and they'll most likely focus on their upcoming oldies tour. Gross.

I hope it's not Stand Back...she's preformed it a lot on talk Shows.! I like that she sang 'Everyday' on Rosie. I want her to sing a song from Trouble In Shangri-La on the Ellen Show, or a new song from her new album, but that probably won't happen. (The new song.)

I actually didn't know what it was. I don't think it would be bad if Rod & Stevie did a duet of one of her old songs, or his old songs. That would be cool. I just hope they don't perform their solo songs...solo.

I hope she debuts a new song. Adele debuted her new song on Ellen from her upcoming album back in November, and her record wont be out til Feb. So its totally possible. It would seem that if Ellen has both Stevie & Rod on her show that they will get 2 songs between the 2 of them. I just pray it's not Stand Back. Stevie has performed this song way too many times on talk shows over the last 20 years going all the way to the Arsenio Hall show

Oh yeah, I'd be willing to bet money Stand Back is what's in the cards for us. I just hope the "game changing" collaboration Dave Stewart was talking about recently has nothing to do with Rod Stewart being anywhere near Stevie's new album. That's a thoroughly disgusting thought...

maybe its a typo and its actually Dave Stewart.
i'd rather it be that way.

A typo would be EFFING FABULOUS. Seriously words cannot describe my hate for everything having to do with Rod Stewart. I will blow a lid if he gets anywhere near Stevie in regards to touring and the album.

I could almost stomach Stevie touring with Rod, because I most likely won't go see her anyway. But if he were to be part of her album... I'd have to suggest an uprising.
