Well, what about Greta? She has a house in the mountains (but no one is pleased). And you know endurance athletes train at high altitudes in order to reach optimal cardiovascular conditioning (while increasing ones hemoglobin level). Therefore I would argue that Greta is in better cardiovascular conditioning than Sara, who doesn't even seem to be able to know how to swim properly, and will therefore prevail in a long distance run. Greta for the win.
