buffalo tix prices reduced..that cant be a good sign

tickets.com has the end seats of the 100 and 200 sections marked down to 75.00 from 125.00. Im also pretty sure that the eagles tickets at the same joint were readjusted too. I really hope this isnt a last effort to avoid a cancellation due to low ticket sales. Im worried now! i hope they sell more seats with those new prices.

The sabres were just baught out by a new owner and he lowered the hockey ticket prices...maybe that has alot to do with it? Or the band decided to reduce ticket prices due to the economy etc...

any opinions?

That is interesting. I remember the Rolling Stones show in OKC in January wasnt selling well until the tickets prices were lowered. I was able to buy a great $150 seat for $50 + $12.50 service fee. The show eventually was declared "sold out", Even though it took a drastic ticket price reduction for that to occur.

Btw, I checked tickets.com for the OKC show and the prices were still the same as before...I'll keep checking to see if there will be a change...Brian J.

I wouldn't worry about the B-lo show being cancelled...I checked on our Tickets.com computer at work this morning, and while there are seats available (~2000-2500), that's still well over 3/4 of the seats sold at the Arena. Though, it is a far cry from The Dance tour, which at the time was the quickest selling-out of a concert in the then-Marine Midland Arena's short history. I think the Mac have since been passed by the BackStreetBoys and Garth Brooks and his six nights of concerts.

Also, I doubt Golisano has any control over prices of non-Sabres/Bandits events at the Arena. But it is a nice thing to see him lower the price of the Sabres tix, which IMHO were getting out of hand for a team that hasn't shown a thing in three years.

wait, what are the END seats. Does this include sections 106, 116, 107, and 117.

...as far as I know, END seats at the HSBC generally refer to the sections on this map in green (for the 100's), and basically, "going up" from the 100 level are the END seats for 200 and 300 level. The sections you mentioned are not part of the end seats, as far as I know. Hope this helps...

It sefinitly helps. I'm glad too, because the i would be real mad if the seats i mentioned got reduced, because if they were ORIGINALLY 75 we would have gotten them instead of what we got. And BTW while were talking about it, can any of you who've been to the arena tell me if sectiopn 319 will be at least ALL RIGHT, or will i be miseable trying to see the stage.

My experiences at HSBC/Marine Midland have always been great. I've had seats in the far reaches of the 300-levels, and have sat on the floor (2nd row for WWF and for Bon Jovi), and all levels in between...never had a bad seat. The way the place was designed, there really isn't a bad seat.

319 should be decent seats...you should be on the right side of the stage if I read the map correctly.

the billy joel and elton john show in little rock arkansas was cancelled because only 4,000 seats were sold!

No, not Tickets.com, but I do work in the office at Tops and we sell for them, so I have access to the Tix.com computer

Although, yesterday was my last day at that job after 6.5 years. So unfortunately, I won't be able to monitor the sales anymore....but the degree/real job that I now have is worth the cost of not having access to the tickets.com computer anymore!!!
