I remember when LB's GOS cover came out Perez made this post about it. lol! I hate PerezHilon, mainly because the site isn't very funny.

The site's comiing along s-l-o-w-l-y.

I wish he would use his performance of Big Love from Soundstage instead of Bass Hall for the video on the homepage though. It's soooo much better IMO. If he wants to use Bass Hall, I'd rather he showcase Shut Us Down from that performance...

darling Lindsey, all I want for christmas are hints on the tour, perhaps estimated start.end dates and/or locations.

I'm praying to the heavens for many westcoast cali dates, seeing Lindsey as I have on the UTS and GOS tours, wanting MORE is a given thing.

Likely a matter of utilizing the embed feature from a reliable source. gibson guitar won't be 86ing their account likely ever, regular youtube users come and go, and the DBAGS that set up a supposed 'official' lindseybuckingham youtube account don't allow embedding. Of course any techgeek (

) has already downd those no-embed videos and postd elsewhere!

Lindsey tours too much. Never thought I'd ever think/say/type that, but its true. Its down to the diehards at this point.

Its not all that much of a stretch to say that if he wants to play Portland again, $500 and a case of PBR in exchange for a 90 minute acoustic set at my place might be the most viable option. Hell, if he flew coach, he might even make a tidy profit!

huh? too much?

he did 3 solo tours in his 40 year carrier! have you ever heard of willie nelson? lindsey's own friend john stewart? kris kristofferson who's in his late 70s? many many other older artists who tour all the time? lindsey just tours too expensively.

Agreed, that's probably why. Too bad though,'cause the Soundstage version really kicks ass.

Yeah, I've always figured he doesn't make money doing his solo thing. Playing clubs and flying in a private plane with a sizable band isn't profitable. I think he gets his money when FM tours... lucrative!!!
