I really love the unedited HOB show. I have never heard that before. Ive had the Welcome to my World cd for years and recently got a hold of the street blue angel one as well. I cant believe the difference between the original show and the later cd versions. I really dont think she sounded bad at all on the original. So Im curious though, how did the broadcast cd versions end up with basically completely different vocals. Did she redo the show on another day or go in to the studio to cut the live vocals or what? does anyone know the full story here? I would love to find out what the deal is.

I believe Stevie will put out another anthology CD before she goes out (kind of an Enchanted pt. 2) and I really think she should appoint Mike Bise as the fan musical director to help her pick the songs. I know I'm dreaming here but wouldn't it be interesting if the song selection was mixed in with a die-hard fan's point of view? It would make it so much more special rather than it being just Stevie and the label picking songs. I also love love love the title "Dreams & Chains".

Yes, I'm also confused now. I haven't had a chance to listen to the songs yet (thanks badanimals87 for uploading them!!), but are we talking about two different versions of the same concert? Kind of like Red Rocks, with overdubs etc?
