Me too! None of my friends cook, hardly at all. I cook, at least 6 nights a week. In the past week, I've made:
Kung Pao
Chili Relleno
Cabbage Rolls
Shrimp Etoufee

I don't know how someone couldn't enjoy cooking. I think I missed my true calling....seriously.

I have a kitchen the size of a postage stamp. I think if I had more space I would like to cook more often.

My house's biggest fault, is that my kitchen's a little small, too. When I pay off the house in 3 years, that's my first big project. Going to turn my smallest bedroom, into a bathroom, then knock out a wall, and let my kitchen take over the space of the current bathroom.

I'll only gain 5 extra feet of cabinet space, but it will give me room for an island, too.
