Mailed mine yesterday.
Sorry it's a bit late, but this past week has been chock-full with end-of-the-semester craziness. |

101211-084450.jpg Thank you Janet (Jannie C)! I received a recycled WildHeart record album journal; it is the coolest thing! It is a journal that is actually made of a recycled WildHeart album! And also a bumper sticker that is perfect for me! Thank you again Janet! ![]()

Okay, I am going to try to get this sent out today but it may have to wait until Monday. I deeply apologize but my grandmother has gone through a series of nasty surgeries this past week and I've spent most of my days in the ICU. It'll be sent soon, I promise! I hope my giftee likes it

Yikesss! I told a fib. My prize is still waiting to be sent off. I took it all the way to Nasville and back (yes, I know they have post offices there- but I was to busy crying that Stevie didn't show up at Dave's show and also laughing my ass off at Dave's sparkly jacket and his bedazzled guitar strap to find the said post office). There's always tomorrow...errrr, Monday. Hang on little darling. It's on the way soon!

Okay, just wanting to add one more note: I'm trying to keep everyone squared away here re: who has sent and who has received, and we seem to be pretty much on track so far, but if anyone has any concerns, let me know - I may not respond right away, because I will be emailing around to see who's doing what, but I will let you know as soon as I know something.
There is a pretty big storm going on in the American Midwest right now, so if you are sending there or have sent FROM there in the past couple of days, mail might be slower than usual. This is my first whole winter here in Missouri, and I guess folk don't know how to act, because at the first sight of a snowflake, everyone apparently loses their damn mind and immediately drives into a ditch. Seriously - before the snow even started and it was just rain, I counted 5 wrecks on the highway in about an hour's worth of a trip to the grocery store and back. You can imagine how the several inches we've racked up since have made things exponentially worse. Haha. One imagines that other places know how to handle themselves even if the roads are bad, but I hear that Chicago and suchlike has grounded tons of flights, so...maybe not. Anyway, that's that - thank you so much to everyone that's already sent out their gifts, and thank you so much for everyone posting here to say they love what they've gotten. Everyone is being so thoughtful and caring that even though my heart is two sizes too small, I'm just chock full of the Nondenominational Gift Giving Day cheer by proxy. You are all wonderful.

On Friday afternoon there was a box leaning against my door. It said Secret Santa in the retun address section. It put a smile on my face. Strangely, I felt I was never gonna receive a gift but there it was, waiting just for me. Inside, beautifully wrapped in red wrapping paper were two voltive candle holders. Silver on the outsides. Inside one of them was green and inside the 2nd one was red. On the outer side of one of the candle holders it says the word PEACE and on the other one is says the word JOY. It also included two wonderful voltive candles with a pretty aroma. I've already burned these candles.
Also included was a very nice Christmas ornament in the form of a silver letter M which is the initial for my first and last name and this letter has some faux crystal diamonds in it. It is currently hanging from the Christmas tree. There was also a box of incense and a very sweet Christmas card included and all of these items were in a festive X-Mas bag. Thank you ragrsrocalot for making Christmas even more sweeter with your very thoughtful gifts. Warm wishes and lots of respect. Love, Viv |

Ok, I am really bad at matching up real names with user names, but OMG, THANK YOU to the wonderful Secret Santa (Bedsole) who is really an angel.
Edit: Thanks Stephanie !!!!!!!!! (there were two female names on the card and thought it was Stephanie, but not sure)I opened the red box with a bow on it and there is an ornament for my tree (guitar with wings) and "Rock and Roll 2010" hand painted on the heart on the guitar and "The Ledge 2010" on the back.... AND..... a 5$ poker chip from the Very Best of Stevie Nicks show at the Hard Rock hotel and casino in Biloxi, Mississippi from the 6-5-2008 show. I wish you could have seen my face, my jaw dropped to the floor and joy washed over me. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ![]() This chip will be proudly displayed in my Stevie room in a display case, and the guitar ornament will hang on my Christmas tree for many years to come.
