I'm a HUGE R.E.M head so we could get along famously! Tell her I grabbed Michael Stipe's butt and see how jealous she gets rofl!

I went with Mirage. I really liked his hair at that length and I liked the stage clothes he wore during that particular era. Even the hat that was too small for his head

Mirage is my favorite; followed closely by OOTC and Tusk. I'm curious to see how this poll pans out!

I dunno if she'd get jelous. She'd probably get very jealous if you said the same for Roger Daltrey (I'll admit he's hot too, but Bucky is just top of the heap in terms of hot rockers, and it ain't just for those baby blues)

Your mom would get along with my best friend - she was always a huge fan of the above, especially Pink Floyd and ELP and a few other prog rocks. They don't do it for me - I've always preferred Roxy Music, David Bowie, Rod Stewart. Really though these days I only seem to listen to FM and Bucky and watch all their DVDs.

Not well today, only came on to cheer myself up looking at some nice pics and catching up with the gossip from you guys.

Got an ear/throat/chest infection, snowed in, the plumber has been to fix a burst pipe and the boiler has a fault! Sympathy please......

Snow...that sounds like fun. We get tons of it here. Plumbing issues, had it with a slab leak in my downstairs bathroom 3 times (on the third time, they closed it off and put it in the wall instead), but when you use a plumber and I dunno if they're in the UK, try Benjamin Franklin. They're so ont-ime that they wait in parking lots till it's time to come over.

And to cheer you up, go to the first post and click on the link. It's the Seven Wonders vid, which should cheer you up. The way Bucky looked in that vid is like how Tim Curry looked in drag in Rocky Horror Picutre Show: he looked so good it was criminal (and yes, Tim Curry, looked better in drag than he was normally, too good in fact)

Now, I must head off cause I must meet my fellow Forumites tonight at the Sci Fi Forum meeting and diner run.

They all look gorgeous in the 7 Wonders vid but Stevie and Bucky are too beautiful for words!

Feeling better today but a little silly - fell flat on my face in the snow and had to be helped up by my neighbour!

Definitely agree that Stevie and Lindsey are the real lookers in that video. I don't think John could ever get away from his hairy caveman look

Haha! That's nothing. Last year I slipped in such a way that I folded into myself and kicked myself in my own face XD Had a black eye and everything hehe.

I would have been mortified if that happened, especially with Harry Hill's incessant chirruping overtop (gawd I hate that Gonk). But at the time I managed to laugh, despite the malicious laughter around me hehe. If you can't laugh at yourself in that situation, you cry lol.

It's funny how, when the entire band looks hot (even Mick, in all his nightmare fuel glory), John just still looks like the caveman that plays bass.

I never slipped on snow, but one December, when we were getting ready to drive to Florida to visit my grandparents (which BTW, from LI to West Palm Beach, is 25 hours. I kid you not) and then spend a few days in Disney World, my dad slipped on the driveway. He was fine, but my mom, being the supersticious one, knew this trip was gonna be bad and wanted to cancel it. Lo and behold, she was right: we got sick with some sort of cold and it was not fun at all.

Agree - but still think John is real cool!

That was a long drive to Florida - double the time it takes us to fly there from UK! Been to Disney World three times now - the last time was over a Christmas and New Year period, it was FREEZING and both me and the husband got really sick. I had to have two further weeks off work when we got back! Still love it though. Also love SeaWorld, Universal and Busch Gardens. Has anybody been to the new Harry Potter thing? Is it worth visiting?

I did in fact see Harry Potter Land (I know that's not it's proper name, but tough) in August and I must say that it was very authentic, but just not designed to be a theme park section. The pathways are very narrow, the area is very small, and we had to wait on line an hour just to get into that section of the park, and another 2 hours just to get on the main ride. However, if you do go to Islands of Adventure, go on the Hulk coaster! That has now gotta be one of my all-time favorite thrill rides now.
