Now, does anyone know what dog breed Stevie is like?
From the article:

- Standard Poodles NEED some sort of mental stimulation in order to be happy

- some Standard Poodle lines are high-strung, nervous, even neurotic.

- Their energy level varies from moderate to high and they require ... vigorous play sessions to keep them fit, satisfied, and calm indoors. ( like when Lindsey plays Tusk in concert! )

OK, that definitely takes the prize for adorable mental images

That sounds adorable, but I kinda can't do that with my pets cause...well, I got birds, but if they could, it would certainly beat my cockatiel begging for snacks

I swear, that sounds even more like him. I don't get how a dog and a guy could be so alike.

I don't think guyliner (and guys wearing makeup in general) was popular till the 80's, but then again, you did have Marc Bolan from T-Rex wearing full-on makeup back then

[B]Hey Viv! Sorry you had to hear me rant about pathetic hockey teams (if John was wearing a Mets shirt, then i'd be ranting about pathetic baseball teams ), but even though you like the older Bucky, do you like that fuzzy pic Tatjana posted?

Not keen on afro/fuzzy or bearded Bucky at all. Yes I do like him best of all from SYW until right now. Although I don't like full beard I do like him stubbly! Also liked his look and style during GI and TitN.

LOVE to hear you go on about American sports as I have no idea what you're talking about! The husband watches some American football and usually Superbowl. We've always said that during one of our trips to the USA we must catch a live game of baseball/football/basketball - it always looks like a fun day out and would be quite an experience for us Brits!

*Shakes head with dismay* You seriously don't want to run your fingers through his hair when you see pictures of his hairier days? I do

He did look good during TITN (in fact one of your fellow Brits, this lady Charlie, who's chazlightyear on here, considers that to be her favorite era too). Funny thing is I liked him with a full beard, and normally I hate guys with beards.

You should catch a game if you go to the US. The only pro team I've seen is the Mets, and that's cause my dad got free tickets from work. They were so pathetic that they got creamed by the Arizona Diamondbacks, one of the worst teams in baseball. However, if you ever go to NY, try and go see a Yankee game. Being a New Yorker, I've been a Yankee fan my entire life and I've been dying to see 'em at least once. hell, I almost saw 'em earlier this year in September, when AJ Burnette was gonna be pitching against his old team, the Toronto Blue Jays, but we decided to wait till next year and pick a better day.

Dee and I have laughed about this in the past, but I've envisioned Lindsey with pets ever since Stevie described the Landslide fight and said that Lindsey drove back to Los Angeles with her poodle. Clearly he drove back with the poodle because she told him she was taking the bus home and she couldn't have the dog on the bus. But since she doesn't explain herself, you can just imagine Lindsey snatching the poodle from her arms and taking it home for himself.

Then, when I saw pictures of Kristen and Lindsey's home with that giant poodle, it just struck me as funny, because a poodle is not the most masculine of dogs and Lindsey has been associated with them for most of his life now.

Even John saying in his Q & A that he thought Lindsey had a big poodle made me giggle. I mean, John is probably rarely at Lindsey's home and doesn't know much about his pets, but his recollection is that Lindsey has a big poodle. Amusing. Or is Lindsey in the dressing room talking about his dog, saying things like, "Oh you know, my big poodle loves pedicures." Just cracks me up.

Michele
Oh no! - As if I'm not already obsessed enough with FM and LB, I'm not going to be able to see a poodle now without images popping into my head. Thank goodness we haven't yet seen Linds carrying around a chihuahua in a man bag!!!! Please don't any of you say you have!
