Not Too Late, Show You How, Under The Skin, It Was You, Cast Away Dreams, and Shut Us Down were all taken from the Bass Hall DVD. And finally Flying Down Juniper was taken from here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jNprtmoz-wM I agree. I think its the lower key, slower tempo, and lack of kit drums that just makes me appreciate the guitar work that much more. Don't get me wrong I love the studio version. But the soundstage version in my mind can't be topped. |

I love the Soundstage version as well but I just love all of the backing vocals and things in the studio version. I just think it's a really nicely put together track. I guess it's just personal preferences.

I'm with you. The Soundstage version is a little... stiff/cold to me. The record version is bliss.

Somebody posted this in Stevie's forum (thanks DallasDude!):
"Pause+Play is the industry listing for upcoming releases. I've followed them for years, and they are as accurate as can be. They list Stevie's CD being release 3/1/2011. They also list Lindsey's CD out May 2011. http://www.pauseandplay.com/march2011.htm" I see Stevie's CD but don't see Lindsey's when i click on the link and go to May 2011 (but maybe i'm just blind). That site is updated based on industry reports, and as things change, it it updated further. McVie's listing is vague enough to assume she may be working on some tunes but the idea of putting out a full CD has yet to be announced. But Nicks+Buckingham info seem solid. (Nicks is slated 3/1/2010)

This news definitely brought me back to the board. I tweeted Dave Stewart last week asking him if he's heard any of the work on Lindsey's upcoming and he responded that he has not, but Stevie told him that she really liked it.

What if they released their albums on the same day, released Buckingham Nicks, and both appeared on each other's album for ONE song (but not the same song on each album), remakes of a BN song.
