Default I really hope...

..that the next album FM does, they don't try to go commercial. Stevie already said that they don't need the money & Lindsey is always harping on the big machine~~~ I think that if they could focus on these things they speak about, then maybe they could get back to the real stuff. Does anyone else feel the same way out there?

Its not so much that I do not want them to go commercial, its I just cannot see them producing the record in a small way. Rather, they will want to rent again some hugely expensive house in Bel-Air (one of the most affluent neighborhoods in the world mind you), charter a private 727, and get about or over $100,000 each (LB and SN) per concert. The only way to do this and expect Warner/Reprise or any label to pay for it I can think of is to make a commercial record.

Yes, this is true. I guess they are so used to all the finest things in life and it would be hard for them to try and do it without the big record label.~~~ I started thinking about this stuff when I read the article that said Lindsey was willing to use his own money to finance more songs for SYW and also when my friend said he dislikes the song PeaceKeeper because it sounds so commercial.
~~~I would really love it if Stevie & Lindsey would write together and put out a pared down acoustic CD. I think that could be something really wonderful.
